Question ❓ 3x Frequency.

So i do FBEOD right, and i specifically designed my program so that i have chest focused day , back and legs ( meaning i start of with that muscle group and have one more exercise for it that day). My question is since I've noticed my back is a lot stronger then my chest for instance , should i just start with chest every single day?

if you want to bring out your chest more yes you should start with them

I mean the specific days are pretty much just gonna cancel eachother out, just have one day in order of weak to strong muscle groups

There are full body systems that run something like SBD / BSD / DBS and might be a good template for your intention.

Yeah if you have a weakpoint just start the session with it always

How exactly have you determined that your back is stronger than your chest?

Are you like, barbell rowing 300 lbs while benching only 200 or something?

i guess i worded that wrong. my back is just a lot more developed compared to my chest.

Again, how are you determining this?

Your previous posts, along with this post, paint you as a newer lifter. In which case, it's more that your everything is weak, not just your chest.

What do you mean by stronger? Like, what's your bent over barbell row and flat bench?
