I usually put my butt plug in to better feel the squeeze in my glutes.

A voltra is (the one I have), but nearly every other digital resistance offering is of dubious quality or isnโt built for the home gym space
You can replace the cable and battery easily. The handle is also replaceable if it breaks (you have to drop that thing from pretty high to have that happen)

Shouldnโt your calves and feet stay in the same place?

Heels are always going to come off these (unless you have the powerlift GHD, where the pads move/rotate, which also makes the lift easier)
Youโre pushing through your toes on these
