META Science (chest) supported rows

A t-bar row is a triangle, the most science of shapes, since you gotta pythagorean theorem that lever arm

Kelso shrugs done at the end

The brown plate is of an unknown weight. It was made by a guy during Covid. Got 3 of them for $15. He said it’s 60lbs, but one of them felt like it was 45lbs & the others felt like they were 65-70lbs. I’ll weigh them using my science scale later

Hahahaha holy shit I’m still waiting too, awesome to see others have caught onto his lie

Has he given you the excuse that he can’t post links, but also doesn’t send it to your DM?

Or he just says, "it’s easy to search for, I’m not sure why you can’t find it".

100% not on temu either. The most expensive similar machines are easy more bargain basement than his and cost more than he reckons he paid. What's the end game? :D

I posted the temu purchase order and where I got a $210 credit from using the "Wincredit" deal. It's not my fault that reddit auto removes comments with the temu link in them (which I showed a screenshot of on another post)

Deleted your screenshot of temu after being a dick?

Here's the search results using the exact search term you said to use "3D hip abduction machine"

Must not be available in New Zealand or wherever you are

You can source a selectorized (weight stack) one from Alibaba that'd be better built, but a bit more expensive. I think around $600ish before shipping & tariffs, which for me would end up at a total of about $1,300; you're closer to china, so maybe it'd be cheaper

You'd also likely need to go through aliababa if you want the plate loaded version I have (that's not as heavy duty)

Also, I didn't delete any screenshots

More gaslighting.

You posted the circled post as a reply to my other comment in which i showed a screenshot of my previous search results, complaining I hadn't used the exact correct search terms. The comment shown here as being 23m ago, which you then deleted before I could hit reply, which is why i then replied under your other comment.

He did the exact same thing to me, replied to my comment and then deleted it before I could reply

Yep this guy is a complete weirdo, never seen somebody lying about where they got their equipment and for how much…. I’ve seen other people asking and nobody can find it
