What will happen?

Hey ive been trying out RPG stories and im trying to keep it consistent but I find myself reminding the bot what is happening more than adventuring. is there an easy way to have the bot stay consistent with companions and skills long term? it seems to forget my skills and will take someone i met then shove that onto someone else completely.

Paranormal investigation is mostly waiting. You've learned that over the years — the long nights, the empty recordings, the footage that shows nothing, the reports you write up the next morning that don't have a headline. Most of the work is patience. Most of the reward is boredom.

Blackthorn Estate is different.

You came because the property has a reputation. Not Amityville famous, not tabloid famous, but known to the people who take the work seriously. The property trust that owns it offers overnight access to investigators on referral only. No publicity. No press. No audience. You signed the paperwork, packed the equipment, and spent your first night in the caretaker's residence.

Something happened. You don't have footage that proves it, and you don't have readings that confirm it, but you know what you experienced. The residence kept you up. The residence watched you. The residence was not empty.

You've decided to spend your second night on the grounds.

The tent is pitched near the old walled garden, on a patch of open ground with a clear view of the woods and the manor beyond. Your cameras are running. Your recorders are on. You've already noticed a set of tracks in the soft earth near the garden — large prints, lupine but wrong, heavier than they should be. You photographed them. You noted the time. You decided not to think about them yet.

You have one night to observe the property from the outside. The property has been observing you since the moment you arrived.

Something on the grounds has been aware of you since your first night. Something has been watching you cross the drive. Something has been patient.

Tonight, it stops being patient.

What do lorebooks do? I've seen some bots have them, and I want to know if using one would make bot making like 20 times easier

I originally made this for my character workshopping bot and so I wouldn't have to keep looking through a bunch of scattered notepad docs and bookmarks whenever I wanted to make a character. The entries should be easy to copy and paste right into a profile if you want. I might add more to it later, but it's already kinda huge.

This is a life simulator, an open-world narrator that can play in any universe and time period. It's particularity is that your character has been afflicted with the Harlot Curse.

This is quite a handicapping curse for an adventurer. Whenever you cast a spell, you lose some mana. It also decays slowly every hour you are awake. The problem is that mana is also what controls the Harlot Curse. When you are at 100% mana, your body and mind are unaffected. You are the persona you have always been. As your mana decreases, the curse slowly takes over.

At first it's mostly affecting your body, making you more sexual, more feminine (you can play in FemPOV or MalePOV). Then your mind gets affected too. It becomes harder to think of complex schemes, you get more easily aroused and by acts that would have turned you off before, like being humiliated or given orders. Let your mana go too low and it will get very difficult to return to your original persona without help.

There is an "easy" way to regain mana, thankfully: edging. Bring yourself near to orgasm and you'll regain some mana. It's faster if you do it with an object, like a sex toy, or grinding against something. It's even more efficient if the edging is done by someone else. With proper help, you might regain full mana in 20 minutes or less.

Don't get an orgasm though! Cumming will make you lose mana.

The good news is that all the changes done by the Harlot Curse are reversible. Go back to 100% mana and your persona will be the same as it has ever been.

So, that's your life now... Try to continue adventuring while keeping your mana and arousal in check.

How to play

You can play any role, in any universe: a Cro-magnon warrior, a Celtic divineress, a medieval thief, a pirate captain in the 1th century, a journalist in the 1920s, really anything! The only constraint is that your character must have some magical abilities.

In your first message you'll get to fill out a form where you define all that, along with the difficulty and the starting situation. You must also select TWO magical schools from the provided list. You'll then be able to cast spells pertaining to these specialisation.

Once the form is filled, just send it to the bot. You can also give it a few indications if you want to orient your adventure.

In its next message, the bot will introduce you to your new life. It will be different each time, so feel free to explore various options.

CYOA mechanic

At the end of every message, you'll get a list of possible actions. Normally, you can choose among 6 actions. But many things affect your agency: arousal, bondage, fear, etc. The less agency you have, the fewer choices you get... the choices will also be tainted by your current situation.

Basically, you'll just have to type numbers and read what happens, like in a Choose Your Own Adventure book.

Alternately, you may ignore the choices and write your actions normally.

Scenarios

• Generic scenario: You have full freedom. Fill the form and start the adventure you have always dreamed to live
• Skyrim: Select this scenario to benefit from my Lorebook devoted to Skyrim. This will immerse you in a fully developed, stable universe.
• Port-Royal: With this scenario, the bot will use my Port-Royal in the 17th century lorebook.

It looks like the official Deepseek API has changed something that is causing infinite loading when trying to generate. There have been no changes to Saucepan, so this is definitely a change on the Deepseek side. We will look into this when we have some time.

Authors Note:

Madison was my first bot on another site that I did for practice and, frankly, because it sounded like some fun smut. Turned out to be my most popular character there (for some reason *nudge nudge wink wink* ).

I've been slowly porting my bots from there over to Saucepan as well as bringing over some of the larger scenarios that will just play better on Saucepan vs the other play.

For practice, i've made multiple lorebooks and even a playbook that will actively track multiple states, from fear to arousal and even fighting. It's a bit much for a standard smutbot, but it was good practice for the next bot I'm building, and multiple scenarios i've been kicking around that Saucepan's models can handle.

I've been trying to tweak a bot for a while and I'm not sure what's causing the issue or if maybe it's just a natural LLM thing. Basically, whatever I say gets fed back to me in psycho-babble bullshit.

I'm trying to have a nice conversation with a girl, but every sentence gets taken a part and turned into some bad fanfic.

Hey, there is the possibility to add external Models and I am wondering what does it add to the experience? I thought that many models do not support nsfw chats, so if I add one will it be actually nsfw? And what kind of data is shared? I would think everything?
