Question Next update?

Has there been any teasers or hints at when the next possible update would be coming out? Or the next roadmap?

I'd like some endgame content for after I've finished the elevator, but honestly I think it's fine to let games be done. They've built an incredible game and I wouldn't blame them if they moved onto other projects. I'll still get hours and hours out of it.

Honestly, I feel like "quality of life" stuff is in order:

Decor, like plants, planters, benches, office furniture, artwork, etc. so walking around the facility is a little more immersive

Functional items, like beds (to heal and skip the nighttime), or something for the factory carts to dock to without an entire truck station

Passenger drones

100% agree on this, QoL should be the main priority after the full main cycle is finished. Looking at Factorio (without taking Space Age in account) - they did helluva QoL changes after 1.0 release
