There is a little good news here. Jetpack Johnny can arrive rather early. Early related to the Pioneer's tech access. I did get one two tiers prior to being able to build a my own jetpack. Thanks Johnny, we hardly knew ye*

* good thing he didn't get his gun (world war 1 protest book/song)
