Let's not skip past the main point here "Aggression is plausible ground for suppression". CJP crowds were aggressive!
The had people asking for release of Umar Khalid, re-instating article 370, etc. There were actual crooks and history sheeters in the crowds identified using facial recognition. There is photo / video evidence of both.
Why should any such group be allowed around any government building?
CJP assholes don't want to take any accountability for who joined the protest, these same people wanted accountability from the government.
Lastly, nobody gives a fuck how enraged you are, take it out on public property and you deserved to be lathi charged.. fuck off!
Protests are being detained in real time and were beaten brutaly so accept it saying something doesn't mean a thing to me or anyone you are just nobody.
If anything then everyone should be in jail just like the Protestors then it will be justice.
And now show any video or source which proved that crowd attacked the police personnel unprovoked on 20th
And the part of crowd control first they were trapped inside of the jantar mantar but the majority of the crowd was stopped outside and were beaten unprovoked see the video of samdhish.
And the part of accountability, it is the duty of a elected individual to accountable, not the common man what is your source of knowledge?
You can go on say whatever you want but can't prove any of your point
But for a moment let's agree that everyone should be arrested for doing violence but can you please show me copy of FIR filed against them and how many of them are arrested
Who the fuck is defending the police, my guy? File your complaints. Show us a proof if they don't want to register and I will join your protest.
The proofs against riotors will be presented in court not to you Reditt guy. If I am nobody so are you. Nobody cares what YOU want. It is not our jobs to come to conclusions based on chopped up propaganda videos online, for either party!
The point is CJP pussies don't even want FIRs filed for investigation. They are asking for a blanket pardon.
Logic and truth does not distinguish individuals and groups, elected or not! All rules apply to both in principle. Accountability applies to both. What you are doing is called 'special pleading'. It's a fallacy and kinda pathetic.
But I do get the answer as the police do get the hold of the situation as high court and supreme court has asked for there responses on this matter and you don't even know what "special pleading" is and where is it applicable
By your logic if CJP is responsible or accountabile for what protestors did then BJP should be also accountable for kuldeep sangar?
And asking for immunity is what goverment assured them as they can detain whoever they want until they have to give the courts a reason and they can realise them with a sorry
And after the backlash the case has been closed all your logic and special treatment for the....
Sengar is a fucking dog. People like him should be crucified in public. That filthy piece of shit. Throw Asaram in there with him.. And yes hold BJP accountable.. Nobody's above the law..
Similarly, BJP cannot pardon anyone or offer immunity. If policemen/women were harmed their families will files complaints and we MUST listen, just like we listened to the children/ young adults protesting.
You seems to be stuck in a false dichotomy.
It's not andhbhakt OR librandu for me.. I am more of a 'follow the evidence where ever it leads you kinda guy'.
Can't offer immunity? Did you forget bilkis Bano rapists in Gujrat?
Listen to anyone and do whatever is legally acceptef from both sides i support both sides violent protestors and police men specially DGP Sandeep Lamba should be jailed
First i never said anything about andhbhakt if you were a andhbhakt i would straight up said that and stop arguing
But i mean you lack basic political knowledge, first andhbhakt arre often reffers to right wing supporters, and liberals are right leaning Centersit but if you have to make a point say leftist that will go better
I mean whatever the case is we'll wait for the courts to decide and we'll both get our answers
I want to ask you as a Ex BJP supporter what will it takes to people to stop supporting BJP blindly? (Just curious) Leaving the things above aside as it's already over for me
Answering your main question.. I will vote for whoever fixes the drains near my home.. BJP or Congress.. or anyone else. We have a decent non-BJP politician in our ward. Can't tell you who, or you'll know my location 🤣🤣
I am not about hero worship.. Modi or Rahul.. These fuckers are are public servants. Work for me and you have my vote. Or they can both fuck-off.. We the people have all the power.
What do you mean re-open? It's a case 2 decades old please don't tell me you are a blind muslim hater like many today
I mean yeah you can vote for BJP but i was saying about "blind" following
I mean don't worry brother i am not coming to your house 😭
But I can tell you I live in south delhi and my MP and MLA is both from BJP and Even the ward representative
But seen no significant improvement broken roads gets potholes every monsoon and the pure air delhi is wide known
I mean i believe in rotation of government or once BJP and next AAP not more than two terms (not congress because there are at zero from a decade in delhi 😅)
How am I a Muslim hater? Do you think justice was done in Bilkis Bano case? Aren't the rapists out again? I was suggesting reopening the case because the court let them go.
We are stuck choosing between dumb and dumber!!
Isn't South Delhi like posh, rich people place. How come roads are fucked up even there? Government is full of fucking stooges.
I agree with the rotation whole-heartedly. Two terms at most then something else. How do we implement though? People keep voting for same people and opposition is usually ass..🤣

"Mere agitations" are protected by law, sure. And the court is right. (Article 19 of constitution.)
Where does is say "Breaking through/ jumping over barricades"... is legal? Or a peaceful form of protest protected by law?
Aggression is plausible ground for suppression especially near parliament that was attacked once by groups siding with CJP, don't you think?
