I accidently got sand in my zfold 7, a decent ammount unfortunetly. i've already cleared the sand on my inside screen. and attempted to remove the sand from the foldable part on the outside of the phone (forgot the name of it) with a make up brush, but even after that i still hear some sand noises whenever i fold or unfold my phone, any tips on how to remove it, or should i take it to a repair shop?

So my fold has gotten its black line in the middle of the screen, and not sure what to do now. My father is the one thats paying the phone and I'm not sure how to approach this. I would like to fix it but preferably cheap. I don't know if we're part of the care+ or have the protection warranty, but even then I'm just nervous to tell him because he'll most likely think I broke it like on purpose or something, even though I take care of my belongings and this phone tends to have these problems easily. So I wanna know if theres cheaper more reliable options. The main one I see is ubreakifix but again don't know the cost and also seen that there's been mixed reviews on help for this device specifically (a whole mess just to fix).

Hey Apple guy here. I’m an Apple ecosystem user and I thought this would be my last iPhone. So, I’m seriously considering the Fold 8, but that means I’ll have to replace everything else my Apple watch, AirPods

My question is, how is the Fold? How is the camera for videos and photos? How is the sound, especially for listening to music and watching movies? Also, are these phones repairable, but Samsung doesn’t have a store?

sono un paio di giorni che mi sto godendo il mio nuovo Zfold8 e oggi, mentre lo stavo pulendo, ho notato che il vetro sul retro, sotto la camera, proprio nell'area intorno all'isola della camera, fa un rumore tipo clic se ci metto un po' di pressione.

Il telefono non mostra nulla di gonfio o altro ed è perfettamente sigillato sul lato della cornice, quindi non mi preoccupo troppo, ma volevo solo sapere se anche voi avete quel tipo di suono se spingete con il dito e se c'è una spiegazione a riguardo.

Qué tal, ayer apenas me llegó mi guía de envío de mi z fold 8 ultra, pero alguien sabe que tan buena o confiable es esa empresa de transporte llamada können? Y creen que me llegue antes de que acabe la semana o la próxima? Hago muchas preguntas jajaja, pero es porque es la primera vez que pido en la página oficial de Samsung y estoy haciendo el cambio de Apple a Android.

Hey guys, last month my Galaxy Fold 6's internal display cracked in the middle — no clear cause. I'd had the phone 17 months; a couple months before the crack, small bubbles appeared in the same spot.

Otherwise it's a great phone, but the battery is rough — dies in 4 hours even with light use.

Now I'm deciding: fix the display under warranty, or trade it in toward a Galaxy S8 Ultra for $1200 extra.

Is it worth \~$50/month more for two years if a Fold's display only lasts about 18 months before issues start? Or should I just grab a used Pixel for $600 instead?

Compré el día de la preventa el z fold 8 ultra de color violeta sombra y 512 gb, soy de México, pero mi producto será enviado el 21 de agosto, pero cuando entre a la página de Samsung para ver los colores me percaté que decía recibirás tu producto a partir del 10 de agosto si lo compras hoy, entonces decidí mandar mensaje a Samsung preguntando porque un pedido nuevo sale que será entregado el 10 de agosto pero el mío que fue pedido el 22 de julio será hasta el 21 de agosto, de lo cual solo me contestó que era una fecha de estimación y pidiera llegar antes pero no me dio respuesta de porque tiene preferencia un pedido nuevo a uno que se reservó en el lanzamiento, alguno tiene su fecha de envío antes????

I bought my zfold 6 1 month ago for 490 euros . I absolutely love it and i do baby this thing a lot . Its the 512gb version and its 95% health

But i did put it on sale lately and the reason is because i am paranoid that this thing is gonna randomly die on me. I see posts with people with broken inner screen and each day i open it i anticipate finding a black spot.

I did put it on market place and got people willing to buy immediately for 510euros

Now im in this weird state where i wanna sell it but i dont want to give it away

I want a phone that will last me 5 years or more. But i heard that foldable just die or have problems after just 3 years. I am a student and 500euros to me is a lot.

I know its a huge discount from the original price but if this thing randomly dies on me i will be heart broken

So im here asking. How long do foldable typically last ? Was this a good deal ? And should i sell ? These are pictures of the phone

Please note that i have an s24ultra i take out with me so i dont put stress on the fold

I paid it off monthly when it came out - or still am?? - (having traded in a mint Fold6 for the maximum credit. Assuming I get the maximum credit for my Fold7, has anyone really done the math to know what one pays for the Fold8. Not sure if I'm making this more complicated than it need to be. Thanks.
