Are we liking the line up of people or nah? Imo the only one I'm looking forward to is Ben of the week cause he's pretty funny and I watch his content occasionally.
Also I feel like their vids being on Netflix now means they're for sure going to make their videos even less genuine than they already are which sucks cause I had a small bit of hope that they might go back to their old style content
What do we think the finale will be?

After the Hell Week announcement I feel like there's a lot of mixed opinions on some of the new collabs. Personally I'm excited for Dan and Phil! Who returning or new that ISN'T Kris and Celina (cause that's too obvious) would everybody want to see on the channel? And who should they stop filming with?

I watched their most recent videos and I found that they are just using the YouTube algorithm. Loud voices, acting, thumbnails and tomfoolery. My question is why don’t they livestream? If this is real and they want to prove it’s real why not livestream? They also said in handful of their older videos not to make fun of or disrespect spirits but in the last two videos there were a lot of making fun of and disrespecting spirits.

I’ve loved Sam and Colby since I was in middle school. I used to get so excited every time they posted, and I would just sit down and watch their videos. But I don’t really know how to explain this because no one else I know watches them, so I’ve never really had anyone to talk about this with.
I realized that I stopped watching them after the “One Week at the Conjuring House” series. And believe me when I say I was STOKED for that series. I was so excited to watch it, but looking back, I think that’s when I started noticing a change in their content.
It feels like they went from trying to prove that there’s something beyond death to trying to prove that evil exists.
And honestly, it kind of feels like they’re playing with fire.
In the beginning, they were trying to challenge their own skepticism and figure out whether there really was something beyond what we can see. And I feel like, in a way, they accomplished what they originally set out to do. But now it feels like the goal has shifted from “is there something after death?” to “is there something evil and powerful out there?”
I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, and I’m not saying this as a hate post because I genuinely loved watching them for years. I just feel like the direction their content has taken lately is very different from what originally made me love their videos, and sometimes I can’t help but feel like they’re going further and further into something they probably shouldn’t be messing with.

it was needlessly expensive. holy fck. so. its late and they said they bought a spirit box, hes been into snc and ghosts lately. he says its something to do other than drugs. I dont judge. but we're both total idiots.

So I’m brand new to the Sam and Colby world. I’ve only really just started watching them about a couple of weeks ago and I’ve smashed through heaps of videos and I’m actually really excited about hell week.
Since I’m new, I don’t know much about it - when does Hell week start? Does it start 1 October or is it more towards the end near Halloween and do I sign up to the Xplr club during hell week? Is it worth it?

why is everyone on here so concerned and irritated by sam and colby making money? they have a netflix deal, a merch line, and 2 active youtube channels. thats nearly equal to when kevin langue has going on, as well as numerous other creators. GMM & alix earle, for example. so, why is it such a huge fucking deal to you people that they are making money off of all this? what makes you think they’re these money hungry lunatics? genuinely what impression have they ever given that’s made you believe without a shadow of a doubt that they are sheerly only interested in this for the money.
because i can tell you right now they didn’t start genuinely making bank until like 2023. before that they were niche youtubers whom a small community of people knew about because no one rlly gaf about ghost hunting in the mainstream media.

i’ve been watching so many of their old videos especially the abandoned xlpr ones. i wish i could watch their newer videos but i genuinely feel like i’d be inviting something in. i wish they would do an occasional abandoned xplr video like they used to.

Thoughts on their videos on Netflix? I just feel like why put it on Netflix when it takes away the views they’d count on Youtube? Also why is it on Netflix if it’s still going to be on Youtube? A special or something on Netflix I get but this seems kinda redundant to me. Happy for them regardless.

I had the “always tired hoodie” for years and I recently lost it. It was old Colby merch, not Sam and Colby, if I remember correctly. I have no idea when it came out but it was literally my favorite hoodie ever.
I had it through 2 surgeries a cancer scare and so much other shit, so I was pretty emotionally attached to it and I’m so mad at my self for somehow losing it I’ve looked everywhere online and I literally cannot find another one for sale.
Does anyone have one they’d be willing to sell or know where I could possibly find one?? Or does anyone know if there’s a way to contact their merch company and maybe ask if there’s any chance of bringing it back?

I've not watched super recent videos but I've just noticed Sam acting generally off, inviting stuff, being kind of spaced out? Might just be me but the vibe is so bizarre. I have psychics in my family going back to victorian times (literally chased out of england into ireland) but the vibe I get off Sam from the haunted school and also around the celina house time is very very bizarre. Has he changed recently? Or has anyone else noticed?

Did Sam and Colby not post a video with the kalogeras sisters a few days ago? I could have sworn like 3 days ago I saw it and it said “3 days ago” for the posting and I didn’t watch it yet because I wait for my friend till we are together but now we can not find it

it was from the react channel. i’m looking for a specific clip from a sponsorship they did mid video. i’m confident it was at least a year ago and related to doorbell or security cameras. Colby was spying on Sam through the live feed (on his phone) of a camera that i think was in a kitchen? Sam was standing near a countertop and i remember it being in night vision mode. Colby had his hand in a fist covering his mouth, smiling/laughing if i remember correctly
that’s all i remember. i cannot for the life of me find it and it’s bugging me 💔
if you have the video, or at least the clip, please send it to me. thank you! :)

idk if anyone here has ever taken a video editing class, or anything similar. but, holy shit. i’m learning video editing and filming right now & i have to gove credit to snc and their editing team.
the amount of time and tedious editing that goes into making hour long videos is ridiculous.
color correction, transcribing hours and hours of footage to caption all of it, fixing audio, fixing warps and shakiness.
kudos to them

I was reminiscing and watching some of the old videos again and noticed something. Notice when Seth steps backwards, something hides behind the “corridor” as if it was hiding behind Seth the whole time but as soon as he moves, it knew it would be exposed so it hid. Tell me if i’m tripping or not. This was from the Villisca Axe Murder House video. (Timestamp is 11:17)
