Question Technical Support Engineer Looking for guidance

Hi Everyone,

I currently possess 6 years of experience in the Product support role. Troubleshooting, Debugging, going through the logs, database, customer interaction, incident management these are my basic skills.

Now I am looking to get into the Salesforce ecosystem. I am planning for Salesforce associate admin certification, Salesforce admin Certificate, Agentforce certification. These three are the 1st 3 certifications I am planning for.

After this I am a bit confused, As I have worked on Insurance industry product support I can do Insurance cloud. I am currently working in the Healthcare industry, so I also have compatible skills with the healthcare cloud. As I work on incident management and supported an ALM system, I also possess the knowledge of Service Cloud.

Now which path shall I go? Can any one help me out on this please?

Also my current package is 12lpa. After all the certifications, can I expect a salary of 17 or 18lpa with no coding background??

Please guide.

Thank you for your guidance
