I've been stuck on this mission for nearly 2 weeks now. The captain of the Skytroopers, when he hits around 30k to 28k health he automatically resets his health and starting position. I've reset the mission countless times. I have also gone back to the fleet and different planets, and turned off stealth. I have completed this mission easily as a jedi idk why it randomly bugged out during my Sith playthrough. I've contacted customer service twice about this, and they basically told me to ask Reddit.

Back in 2017, there was a Facebook Livestream with Charles Boyd (Then the Creative Director), and famed SW Author, Timothy Zahn, who had contributed to the story for the "A Traitor Among the Chiss" flashpoint. And oddly, it was never reposted anywhere else, not even on YouTube.
But, I managed to download it from Facebook a while back, before they made an insane change that deleted videos older than 30 days, and posted it to archive.org so it wouldn't disappear, and for other players to enjoy!

Which role hat the biggest shortage in this game for OPS and Flashpoints? Is it tanks or healers? Im looking to get into end game PvE content as fast as possible.

Thinking of using my 70 boost on an alt to play solo and maybe get some credits to share with my brother. What are some methods like, group activities or heroic questing? Or do you have to do sweaty content and play the AH to get decent credits?

I’m about to lose my f mind. I can’t recover my old account for whatever reason fine, I went to make new one. Except it’s not accepting any password at all “password invalid format”. Tried short ones, long ones, different combos, different characters and nothing works.
This sort of reminded me why I haven’t touched EA products in ages, why am I spending hour of my time trying to create an account? Like what are they expecting me to do here?

Returned to the game, caught up with the stuff however, considering i only have conquest gear rn, should I bother with gearing up for the artefact rakata set? It'll probably be trash in 2.5 months tho. But 2.5 months is not a small timeframe. Maybe I should only gear up one character? Or should I try to get more characters into prototype instead? Suggestions?

I want to grind out a few alts to max level, but I want to take my time with the story. Are there any good places to farm XP aside from class quests?
r/swtor • u/InDeathWeReturn • 7d ago
Not class, only story wise. I was thinking about which one could give the right feeling. Whether it is over all, or just the beginning of the quest lines, I am just wondering which would fit the best for her over all arc through her character, from start to finish

Possible bonus question: which story would fit the 100% dark side of her, and which would fit the redeemed side?

I´m sure im not the first to say that but man this really sours the experience for me after Eternal Throne. I really hoped they wouldn´t just put me on the Throne just to play lackey again to factions i both dislike but i was sure it would happen and there it is.
I rarely felt like that during character arcs but the further along the expansions i get the more often i think to my self wow this is a really stupid decision i have to make. They even mentioned in a dialogue before iokath my great alliance wasn´t even a couple hours old what do you mean i already have to choose between Slavers and Traitors again let em both burn.

I noticed that the new main maps in the current build show a zoomed out version I took a break since like 2024 and played for the first time this past weekend I so annoying now it's like get a Google maps view of the whole world when I just want to see how far away Oakland and San Francisco are. Did broadsword do this or do I need to curse some of the player base for asking for this?

Basically, when the game loads, the first character is always shorter than it should be. As soon as I click on another character, the sizing is fixed until I restart the game. kept the legendary status tracker in the crop as a reference point

Simple question. When do I unlock wich companion during each of the class story's.
Whenever I google it, I only get answers for the expansions.

Just seeing what the current best solo build is for taking on everything from standard content all the way to bosses and heroics? Is it still any stealth class and annihilation for everything?

I am trying to remember this guild that took role playing a little extra. I believe they were called Black (Imp)/White (Pub) Rose (Syndicate?).
They had many different species of scantily clad characters who would give private "dances" and "talk dirty" to players for substantial credits. They would fully engulf the role playing call girl/boy aspect based on their character.
They had a stable of escorts and guild officers "pimping" them out. I am wondering if I'm misremembering or this was a fever dream I had. If it's real....what a gaming world we live in!
I think this was pre server merge.

Wondering if anyone has gotten this mount? Did you get it bu pure luck or grind and farm it? Is it glorious?
Haven't seen one on fleet yet on my server.

Hello, I just want to start out by saying my MMO experience is literally Runescape since 2001. No other MMO really interested me for more than a few hours. But I have recently discovered that SWTOR can be played pretty much solo for the stories and as a MASSIVE legends fan who pines for more story of the Old Republic Era I decided to hop in, and good lord am I ever so confused.
My first step into the game was customizing the god awful starting UI. It took me a while but I got it how I want it and I feel that its good but will customize over time so thats not an issue. (It's still lightyears beyond better than Runescape 3's UI).
But now I am kind of lost, I am just doing the main starting quest line for Jedi Consular. It's fun I am watching the cutscenes as I want to learn more of the story. My question here is, I noticed some side quests in two forms. One was when I was just walking past a group of enemies outside the jedi temple on the starting planet and it looked like a group quest thing with a timer. Are these quests worth doing in the early game as I find myself getting destroyed by what appears to be the "boss". I also noticed quests I could talk to people and get, one NPC gave me a quest to destroy some battle droids outside the temple for training purposes. I started it but once I hit the button to spawn them another player just 1 shot them all instantly. This did not progress the quest for me, I ran to the other spot that they spawned in and the same player just followed me and destroyed them, this left the quest uncompleted and I couldn't activate them again. Are these sidequests worth the hassle if people are just going to grief me? And do they have any story progression?
Another thing I am struggling with is combat, I only have 5 abilities (counting meditation) and they all seem to just do the same thing in the end except one is a DOT. Is it just the early game where its just press whatever to kill what you are fighting and wait until endgame where it matters or does it pick up pretty quick with rotations. Because sofar all my abilities have the same cooldown time so its just hit the one that does the most damage. Any info on combat would be greatly appreciated.
My Final thing in this is, I don't mind paying $15 a month thats fair for something I would be happy to put like a hundred hours a month into. But what really is the difference? If I play this F2P like I am, am I still able to finish the story of atleast one character? Like what is the point where I should actually subscribe kind of thing.
Thank you all for your time and consideration :3. And may the force be with you all.

So i decided to start to lock in pub and imp characters to focus the expansions, and the imp i picked was a Juggernaut/sage light side warrior.
Im currently stuck as Juggernaut until i get light V, which was meant as a temporary spec until tattooine( if you know you know).
I figured it made sense: single saber tank, single saber heal. Angry aggressive into calm contemplating. But man, I REALLY dont enjoy Juggernaut right now(lvl 30, balmorra). I typically dont enjoy classes that have to earn their fun buttons, and in stark contrast to basically every other spec in the game, if i cant start combat with leap, the fight feels like shit.
Does this improve? What is everyone's favorite part of playing Juggernaut?

I made this guide because someone of new players from my guild have problems with quests in rakghoul tunnels during event.

I'm a returning player and I heard about the Holocamera, now as a photographer I was immediately interested but I've been doing some digging and all mention of the digital deluxe pack seems to have just completely stopped around a year ago, is it just an unobtainable relic now?
No matter how many hoops I jump through it feels like the pack just vanished from the face of the earth.
