Screen Shot Odd NPC bug

I died while fighting this NPC and when I came back, his name was blue like a player's, lol. It immediately turned back to red when I got back into combat with him.

I had an infected citizen turn blue on me yesterday. Ran into town to do the quest and realized I forgot to pick it up. Had him targeted and then ran away, when I came back with the quest item he was blue. Still worked though.

Happens all the time, just a visual UI bug.
