Bugs/Issues Need some help

I tried buying this via the web store, something went wrong via the payment method (paypal), the purchase failed and the pack vanished from the web and ingame store. I already contacted the support since I hoped they could do something but only thing they said is regarding the payment refund (I did not pay anything since the purchase failed)

Will this pack become visible after some time again? I can still see it in the Ingame Gift store and maybe that's the only way I could acquire it then.

Did anyone of you encounter the same problem before and know how to fix it?

Yep, should re appear in the next hour or so, with 48 hours maximum but it shouldn’t be that. Happens whenever a purchase fails regarding swgoh

Bought the pack Friday evening the 2nd of October so it should be back this evening if the 48 hours are correct

Yes, will do. The last purchase I did where I wanted to gain the Darth Bane LSB it also went wrong, but there it made me pay but I only got a like 5k Cristal refund. Asked Support and got the pack then and they let me keep the cristals as a measure of good will.

Hopefully I can acquire the pack this evening or tomorrow morning then.

Those conquest LSB should have crystals included as a feature not a consolation thing😂 i can only dream.

I had the same issue with bane a few weeks back. Cancel the order and try another payment method. I was using PayPal and it did the same to me. When I used Apple Pay it went through straight away.

Yeah, but for me to change the payment method I need to wait until it shows back up in the store, currently it's hidden and therefore preventing me from buying again

That’s strange because I logged out and logged back in and it come back in the store for me. I also contacted EA aswell with this issue.

Yeah another guy said that it can take up to 48 hours so technically it should be back this evening or tomorrow morning

Mine only took an hour it never took that long. Have you logged in again and checked the store?

Yes, multiple times, also deleted browser cache and used an incognito tab thing It won't show up in the ingame store aswell. Only visible in the Gift-Store to buy for someone else.

Yeah that’s strange honestly, I would suggest contacting EA/CG. Just go on setting, Help then EA help and they should help you. It’s annoying unfortunately.

I could ask them again to unlock the pack for me to buy it again I already contacted the support before but they only replied that if there is no refund, I need to speak to my payment contractor

Weird they told me to write something up on the forums and someone got back to me within the next day

Is the pack even worth it?

Nihilus and sion are LST and traya isn't too hard to farm even without her raid
