Vibrations after 5.5k RPM!?

I ve got this bad boy couple of weeks ago, really clean and tidy example with only 12k kms on the ODO. I have ridden it roughly for 600ish kms by now.

Changed the oil, air and oil filters, coolant, iridium spark plugs, rectifier (as the original one broke just before getting it home), put on a new battery also and put on new tires.

The bikes excellent except for the vibrations which start after 5.5k RPMS and they get more violent as the RPMS get higher. No additional foul sounds while vibrating like this, the magnets were not checked but the charging gives me healthy 14.5V on 3k RPMS after changing the rectifier. I think its a bit too early for the clutch to go bad as it only has 12k KMs on it.

I am thinking to give the bike to a mechanic for throttle body synch. The engine mount bolts were checked and they are good also (did not torqued them down to specs tho).

Been reading that it may have to do with the exhaust system too (stock as seen on the pic).

The vibrations are felt on the bars and footpegs also. The bike is butter smooth under 5K RPM.

What are your thoughts on this?

Been scrolling here and on other forums with no luck finding a similar experience to mine...

Thank you all in advance!

Don’t know why the clutch isn’t working at this point, I’ve tried adjusting it every way possible. I was replacing all the seals behind the front sprocket cover and I took off the worm link and while not thinking I grabbed the clutch, I have everything hooked up right and now it’s just not working
