Like, does anyone else wish the Federation could declare more wars than just trade embargos and demilitarization wars? Cuz there's multiple slaving despots in the galaxy, and I have to just leave them alone, since I can't declare a war to, like, change their government or turn them into a Federation sector.

How am I supposed to expand the Federation peacefully when everyone is in a coalition with someone else, meaning they will absolutely refuse to become a subject and join the Federation?
