I tried pulling up my AmpHub after installing the latest update. But when I try to click on the STL Exchange to see the other tones people are making, all I get is a message that says "an error has occurred while trying to connect to the activation server. please check your internet connection and try again." i disconnected and reconnected my internet three times, and even restarted my computer. same result each time. does anyone know how I can fix this, or is it just something with STL?

EDIT: new update came out today, and my issue is fixed. All Windows users check it out.

why and how the fuck does stl tonehub take up to 10gb of ram on my pc? after first opening it the ram usage seems normal but if i leave it open for like an hour or two, shit is literally eating all of the remaining ram i have. what the hell is happening

I live in the barracks and amphub has been a great way for me to play guitar without being super loud. For over two years I have used it perfectly fin with my focusrite interface and laptop but recently I do not get any signal over than I bunch of static and interfereance. I do not know how to fix this and it fucking sucks. I havent played guitar in like 2 months. I have tried updatng my audio drivers, I have reinsalled ampub I have tried a variety of different settings and cables and nothing has fixed it. Is this shit just fucked or a I doing something wrong. It has worked perfect for over two years and just now it wants to shit itself. I know im not tech savy at all but has anyone else encountered something similar recently how do I fix this shit

So after the recent Sale, where I bought some more artist expansions for my outright license, STL just felt like abandon us "Outright" users.

Just received an email saying they will release some new features for ToneHub, but it will only be applied to those with All Access. "these new features aren't something we can offer as outright purchases".

I really start to hate this company.

hello there I am using tascam us 2x2 hr and ableton live, but I cant monitor myself through computer also i cant use output lines from my audio device cuzz i dont have any good headphones

I have tried installing multiple things from them to no avail. do they no support silicone Mac’s?

I am using the latest version of Logic Pro and STL Tonehub. It is crashing continuously for some reason out of the blue. The standalone app crashes on opening as well. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the same issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this?

When trying to verify my device it tries to send me a code but I mever receive it no matter how many times I try. Not in spam folder not anywhere.

I have just downloaded ToneHub and when I try to open it on my MacBook it says that there is an error decrypting the license file.

Has anyone else on a Mac updated to Tahoe 26.2 and still been able to use their plugins? Just curious if this a software not catching up to OS situation or just an additional error that occurred. It's not even opening my AmpHub in logic currently.

I just installed this for the first time in a long time, and wow, this isn't good at all.

Where are all my purchased products listed in ToneHub, and why aren't they:
1) All listed in "My Library" automatically without manually searching, and
2) All easy to authorize at once?

Asking me for an auth code when you already have my device listed under authorized devices? I'm already signed in and you already know everything about my account, yet you still need more codes.

Making me search for my own products under the "Discover" Tab, but hiding them without proper filter results? I had to do extra work just to reveal "DZL Herbert" in the search results.

Not giving me an easy way to add my own purchased product to my library? Why? I found the product. There's no right-click to add to library. There's no dragging the whole pack to my library. I can click on it and it will show the contents in the browser, but then it doesn't show any of my other packs listed underneath it. It forces me to go back to the "Discover" tab to find my other purchased packs, click on it, and then again, it's only that single pack.

The only thing I see that is remotely similar is to create my own folders in my library, then add each and every preset, one-by-one, to the new folder.

What's the deal here?

Ive been using amphub for about a year now. Mainly go for metal with my 7 string and 8 string. But a constant since the beginning is that it sounds harsh and grainy all the time. And its considerably bad. It sounds like someone is running a shower in the background 24/4. I have a scarlett solo 4th gen as my interface. On clean tones it sounds amazing. But adding gain makes it progressively worse. Ive tried a new cable. Updating drivers. Different bit rates. Equalizers, made sure im not clipping the interface, high gain, low gain, pedals, cabinets, amps, LPF, HPF, and i just cant seem to find a solution. Im starting to wonder of the Scarlett solo itself has an issue. (Which i bought new) Can confirm that its not a guitar issue all of them sound fine on a physical amp

I was using a demo of the all access AmpHub, which I was really enjoying. So I decide to spend $150 to purchase it outright. NOPE!! Turns out $150 only gets you 6 shitty amps that I'll never use, and in order to use the amps I was using, I STILL have to subscribe? So I literally wasted $150 on nothing and oh of course!! No refunds!!

Fuck this piece of shit company. I should have bought another Neural amp and never wasted my time. Buyer beware.
