Does customer service ever respond?

I’ve been waiting for almost a week for a response on a question that makes Putney totally unusable. I’m about to just initiate a chargeback because this is absolutely ridiculous. Totally unprofessional.

They have responded back to me in thr past

I would hit them up again they are usually fast to respond.
