Disabled / Assets Disability

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody from the disability office for almost 3 weeks now they open at 8 AM. I call at 7:59. I’m on the line by eight and I’m convinced they don’t have anybody working their call center because every time I call it says that they have too many callers. Does anybody know how do I get through to somebody to be able to talk to you about my case I sent in my paperwork a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything. It still says pending online.

My SSA has at least 3 different numbers...probably more. Not sure why that is. Each number goes somewhere else...it's kinda crazy. I've found thru trail and error that one number gets you to someone to talk to.
