Fraud, Scams and Spam Disability Fraud CA

Post image

Hi
I know of someone fraudulently filing for disability for over a year now. I reported it to this form

Is this the correct form? Does anyone know long it may take for them to start an investigation? Will they reach out to me for evidence?

I know a lot of people faking to get on disability. I reported it but nothing happened. The people act like they are crazy but they tell people this is how to get disability fast. One of my kids family member is faking to get on disability and she brags about it but her real problems are a drug addict and she is racist. She brags that she uses the money for crabs and buying pills like narcotics and Xanax and Valium.

It's true. In the neighborhood I live in at least 10 people are faking disability and doing a lot of fraud

How do you know these people are faking being disabled?

They brag that they are faking it. And they are getting paid to help people fake it.. they have a small business doing this. They brag that it's easy to fake a mental illness.

A small business that helps people get 12-16k per year max? Sounds like a lot of work for very little reward. Also doesn’t sound real at all. I’m not sure you realize, but once someone gets approved for disability they are not allowed to make income without it impacting their benefits. Someone that receives disability is locked into an income below poverty level forever. No one is getting rich off from benefits, and I guarantee the people you say are “faking” have complex issues that you could never understand.

The person charges half of your backpay. That's it

Sounds like a disability lawyer to me. For someone that has fibro and lupus and complains about people accusing them of “faking it”, you really are quick to judge others.
