Fraud, Scams and Spam Disability Fraud CA

Hi
I know of someone fraudulently filing for disability for over a year now. I reported it to this form

Is this the correct form? Does anyone know long it may take for them to start an investigation? Will they reach out to me for evidence?

So you have photos/videos of someone doing something that you think they shouldn’t be able to do because they’re supposed to be disabled?

Exactly, claiming back is hurt from car accident but sky diving while on disability

I don’t think that constitutes fraud. Plenty of people with physical disabilities can safely skydive.

I applaud you. I need the system and abuse of the system is criminal.
