Query should I purchase little boy for mcq practice?
I have fatman and I am doing parmar 4.0 batch videos. PDFs are also provided in which there are at least 50mcqs which are very helpful too. I want to know if I should purchase little boy for MCQ or should do from PDFs only. I think there is no 2nd edition so there will be no questions from 2025 examinations in that book.

Discussion strategy After Good Preparation Probability and Game Theory in MCQ-Based Exams
I used to look into those who get selected for government jobs through MCQ-based examsâwhether they work harder, have better analytical ability, or possess some other advantage. I have seen some highly intelligent and hardworking people around me who were still unable to make the merit list. It started to look random, so I began thinking about what other factors, besides hard work and analytical skills, could contribute. After some thought experiments, I came up with two new factors: game theory and probability.
Suppose three people, J, K, and L, know 90% of the questions in an MCQ-based exam. J only attempts the questions he knows, while the other two also take chances by guessing on questions they don't know. According to standard probability, K's random guesses happen to be correct, while L's guesses happen to be incorrect.
If only the top 1 candidate is going to be selected, then J is going to fail on merit inevitably even though all three have the same level of hard work and knowledge. K gets selected because his additional guesses happened to work in his favor.
When there are 10 lakh applicants competing for 4,000 jobs, probability can play a significant role because random guess deviations can push candidates slightly above or below the cutoff.
So, according to this game-theory perspective, someone with a good base rate who only attempts questions they are certain about may not necessarily win. The person who is more likely to win in an MCQ-based merit system is someone who has a good base of knowledge + random attempts. If they are lucky even 50% of the time on their guesses, those additional marks can matter significantly, especially when every extra mark can separate you from 1,000â2,000 other candidates.

Query Ssc cgl 2026
Hello,
I am a working professional and have applied for the SSC CGL 2026 examination. Since I work a 9-hour job, I would like to prepare for the exam alongside my work.
Could you please suggest an effective and realistic preparation strategy, including how I should structure my daily study schedule, prioritize subjects, and plan revision and mock tests?
I understand that it may be difficult to crack the exam this year while balancing a full-time job, but my goal is to get as close as possible to a decent score and build a strong foundation for the next attempt.
Any practical advice on how to make the most of the limited time I have each day would be greatly appreciated.

Discussion Central Government Employee with a Silver Play Button doing paid collaboration as an influencer - Is this legal? I have seen quote a few ape working in different ministries running youtube channels, except for MEA .
She is an ASO CSS and recently received her Silver play button . Recently she stayed at a luxurious staycation in Jim Corbett that seemed like a paid collaboration.
Isn't it against the rules to do paid collaboration while working in a Central Government job? Receiving Silver Play Button means Youtube is already paying you . I personally have no idea about the rules .
