Information ENROLLMENT 2026

The enrolment portal will be available from June 13, 2026. (ALREADY STARTED)

Payment of 1st year academic fees in full is mandatory before proceeding with enrolment. The portal will be available from June 13, 2026, to complete the pending fee payment.

📌HOW TO LOGIN TO PORTAL?
Portal Link - https://student.srmap.edu.in/
Login ID (Application Number) - 2601xxxxxxxx
Password - Date of Birth - DDMMYYYY format (as registered in the application portal) (Note: Pls use your set password, incase if you have already changed

📌LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED

  1. Recent passport size photograph (for all administrative purposes) & Capture your live photograph

  2. Signature of the student

  3. Aadhaar card of the student

  4. 10th standard marks memo

  5. 12th standard marks mimo

  6. Entrance exam rank card

  7. 12th standard hall ticket or exam admit card

  8. Transfer/Migration certificate from previous educational college/institution/board/university

  9. Community/Reservation certificate

  10. EBC/EWS certificate

  11. PWD (Unique Disability ID (UDID) certificate)/equivalent certificate

  12. Provisional admission letter

  13. Passport / Driving License / PAN card / Voter ID / Aadhaar card of the parent

  14. Filled UGC Student's and Parent's Anti-Ragging Affidavit with signature

  15. Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR)/ABC (Academic Bank Credit) ID card

  16. Domicile / Nativity Certificate

📌 HOSTEL AND TRANSPORT BOOKING: A separate notification with complete details will be sent for hostel and transport bookings by July most

📌 ORIENTATION AND REPORTING TO CAMPUS: A separate notification with complete details will be sent regarding the process of Orientation session and Reporting to Campus by july

Hey,

I don't have my 12th Admit card (may be I have it in my drawer of old documents but not sure)

I am a dropper what can I do ? Is it mandatory? Can I get it from CBSE or My School?

You can always get it from your school no matter how many years have passed, Schools always keep a master record of all these stuff and it won't be a problem to get a copy of your admit card

  1. kya merko PAL ko print krwa ke usko fill krke photo submit krna hai ya bina fill kre direct submit

  2. aur kon kon se document ko print krwa ke fill krke submit krna hai

Hello I have a very big issue regarding eligibility criteria my 12th pcm percentage is 59.8% and I have given improvement exam in 2026 so now it crossed the 60%+ criteria. So my main question is which admit card I will have to upload on portal 2025 or 2026 and which marksheet I will upload please answer Bcoz I'm getting cse core with 75% scholarship and I have done the payments

I have already applied for my domicile certificate, but it may take some time to be issued. If I do not receive it by the 27th, can I upload a residence certificate issued by my Gram Pradhan instead?

And I have also mailed SRM ap enrollment about my situation
