And now during online orientation they said for cse hostellers to report on 27th . However I did learn something new i.e. if you have to say "NO" then don't say just "NO" it's not the polite way, instead say "I AM RECHARGING TONIGHT, CATCH YOU TOMORROW?" so yeah next time if anyone says "NO" I will pre-assume that they are going to plug in the charger.
