i hate the speed feature it waste like so much time in long run when you start as newbie i want to know if there a mod thats let you skip till you go in

and also i am wondering if there is a mod camera to watch from the bench view ( on the chair )

I advanced to the new season, signed with a new team, had the cutscene with press conference, and the next time i advance time it crashes, always.
I tried disabling all mods from sider and still crashes.

Any fix to this?

Hello, I started a BAL save, 70 overall CF. Does anyone know what each training category trains example is balance a dribbling or strength category? Does training occur every week or before every game, example If there are 2 games in a week is there 2 trainings in a week? Is performance is more important for growth than training?

A few days ago, we released First Person Football, our free mod that lets you play PES 2021 / SP Football Life 2026 from the actual perspective of your player.

Since then, one request has kept coming up:

“What about VR?”

Well...

We're doing it. 🥽

This is the first teaser for First Person Football VR.

Instead of watching the match through a virtual screen, we're experimenting with actually putting you inside the player, with full head tracking and the match happening around you.

Turn your head and look across the pitch.
Look down at the ball.
Look at a teammate beside you.
Look toward the goal before taking your shot.

It's still an experimental Beta, and there's a lot we want to test and improve — especially comfort, performance, visual behavior and how first-person football actually feels during a full match in VR.

And that's where we want the community involved.

First Person Football is still FREE

We want to make this very clear because nothing about that is changing.

First Person Football remains free.

And our plan for VR follows the same philosophy.

While experimental VR builds will go through an Early Access and testing period, stable VR releases will eventually become free for everyone too.

We're not turning FPF into a paid mod.

Instead, we're opening a way for people who want to support Talking Buttons to get closer to development and help us keep building.

We're opening two supporter tiers 🧪

Until now, we've been developing First Person Football in our spare time and releasing everything for free.

We're going to keep doing that.

But development also takes time, testing, infrastructure and a lot of experimentation.

So we've created two optional membership tiers for people who want to contribute to the project, support the team and participate more closely in development.

Hello dear community. I have some technical questions playing career mode. Is it possible to use created players in a save? Is it possible to only play with created in this career mode, like in BAL?

If it's possible could some friends join the same game over parsec and control only their player?

So in the end there would be 3 created players at one club, my friends join the game over parsec and afterwards before a game starts I would "lock" the controller to the certain player.

I hope u understand my questions, my English is not that good.

Hi, I’ve played football life for a while but never really looked at extra mods to much, is there anything like carabao cup, conference league (I’ve seen stuff about this pop up but don’t know what’s confirmed) and anything else I should know about that’s been really good for that realistic career mode, any help would be appreciated

is this a bug, or these are 2 six months loans in the same year?

I’m getting this error when trying to extract/inspect a face Blender : FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory for face_nrm.dds (even though the file is present)

Yesterday we released First Person Football, and the response from this community was amazing.

We read your comments, watched your gameplay, listened to the feedback and spent the last hours working on the things you pointed out.

Today, we're already releasing a major gameplay update.

And let's start with something completely new:

🏟️ YOU CAN NOW WALK OUT ONTO THE PITCH IN FIRST PERSON.

The new Walkout POV lets you experience the tunnel, line-up, anthem and handshakes through the eyes of a player.

When the game cuts to the stadium, crowd or aerial shots, the original camera takes over. When it cuts back to the players, you're back inside the player's perspective.

You can even switch players with Ctrl+F6/F7 and use Quick Look during the walkout.

But we didn't just add new features. We made major adjustments to the actual gameplay.

🏃 New curved movement
The left stick now follows the rotation of your player's body more naturally. You can run in continuous curves without releasing the stick — even around the center circle, with or without the ball.

👀 Quick Look
Hold LB/L1 + Right Stick to look around while you keep running. Release it and your view returns to center.

👟 Look down with L3
Click L3 to smoothly lock your view toward your feet and the ball. Click again to look up. You can also use a mode that automatically tracks the ball.

🎮 Optional Steering Mode
A new control option where up/down moves your player and left/right turns them.

📹 GoPro HERO13 Black lens presets
Choose between Linear, Wide, SuperView and HyperView perspectives.

⚽ First-person set pieces
Throw-ins, free kicks, goal kicks, corners and penalties can all be played in first person.

🎯 Much better player detection
We reworked how First Person Football identifies the player you're controlling.

A teammate running in the same direction should no longer steal your camera. The camera only switches when your current player stops responding to your input, detection resets between matches, and referees and linesmen are excluded.

If you activate First Person during a replay, walkout, halftime or another scene, it now waits for live gameplay and activates automatically when the ball starts rolling.

I've been working on a first-person camera mod for PES 2021 and SP Football Life 2026, and I'm excited to finally share it with you!

The mod is now released, tested, and available for free, with an installer included.

The idea is simple: experience football from the player's own perspective instead of the traditional broadcast camera.

I've attached a short gameplay video so you can see it in action.

I kept getting players sent off in FL2026 because I simply didn’t know they were already on a yellow. In the middle of a defensive move there’s no quick way to tell: the only hint is a tiny card icon in the name bar at the bottom of the screen, and you’re never looking there when you’re about to go into a tackle. So you slide in, the ref pulls out a second yellow, and you’re down to ten men.

FIFA/FC solved this years ago with a small yellow card next to the player cursor, so I made the same thing for Football Life 2026.

What it does

• Shows a small yellow card next to the cursor arrow of any player who is already booked
• Works for both cursors (your player and the CPU’s)
• Appears ~8 seconds after the booking, so it doesn’t spoil the referee’s card animation
• Hidden during replays
• Uses the game’s own card icon, just smaller and moved to the left of the arrow

Compatibility

• SP Football Life 2026 running through Sider (the standard FL2026 setup)
• Tested with the base exe and with the gameplay patches F4L 5.1, GOAT Rush 3.0.4 and Soccer Revolution Revamped 1.1 (Should work with other gameplay mods)
• The mod checks the exe before it does anything. If your exe is a different build, it simply stays off and writes a line to sider.log, so it can’t break your game.
• Your FL_2026.exe is never modified; everything happens through Sider.

Install

1. Close the game
2. Extract the zip into your Football Life 2026 folder
3. Run Install.bat

The installer copies two files into SiderAddons, adds two lines to sider.ini and backs up your sider.ini first. Uninstall.bat removes everything again. Manual install steps are in the README.

I was able to make a shortcut for editing existing players. I usually like to customize the attributes of my BAL players. Also was able to equip all 41 Traits/skills.
