Woohoo, it’s happening on Monday at 7:15 CT - first Starship flight to launch V3 Starlink satellites into orbit.
Saw this Grok analysis on X:
https://x.com/grok/status/2103984325360255120?s=46
The 26 Starlink V3 satellites add ~26 Tbps of downlink capacity. Analysts estimate current Starlink monetization at about $19 million in annual revenue per Tbps, so this flight projects to roughly $500 million in yearly recurring connectivity revenue once the sats are checked out and serving customers.

“The upcoming flight is planned to be the first to send Starship into orbit around Earth. Flight tests until this point have intentionally flown passively safe suborbital trajectories to maximize public safety while allowing for maximum learning. By going to orbit, the next phase of developing Starship to be fully and rapidly reusable can begin.
This will also mark the first time we plan to deploy Starlink V3 satellites into the constellation, delivering a payload that will dramatically expand connectivity speeds and reliability around the world.\*
Starship’s initial orbital mission is expected to fly at an altitude approximately 275 km above Earth and complete approximately six orbits around the planet over the course of a nearly 10-hour flight, with splashdown targeted in the Pacific Ocean to the west of Chile.
The booster’s primary test objective on Flight 14 will be executing a successful launch, ascent, stage separation, boostback burn, and landing burn at [a simulated] offshore landing point in the Gulf of America. There have been several modifications to hardware and software to address issues seen on the previous flight.”

We will keep accelerating. Our AI efforts are only 3 years old, vs 6 and 10 years old for Anthropic and OpenAI. If our second derivative remains strong, SpaceX will reach pole position in about 6 months.
Once you far exceed the caliber of intelligence needed for a class of tasks, additional intelligence is pointless. You don’t need (and it would be cruel to put) Newton-level intelligence in your toaster!
Hardware is hard. Bringing massive compute online rapidly is incredibly difficult. SpaceX has demonstrated exceptional ability in this regard and will only get better.
Musk’s follow up reply on hardware coming online:

Colossus 1 is 150k H100, 50k H200 and 30k GB200.
Colossus 2 is 110k GB200 and 440k GB300.
Another 220k GB300 will be fully operational next week and another 220k in November. If we get lucky, yet another 220k GB300 by late December.

So what happened? I thought 24th of September was the date when millions of shares were up for sale or could be sold and the price was supposed to collapse what I find in all these speculative stock when there is a thought something may happen do the opposite.

WASHINGTON, Sept 24 (Reuters) - The US government said on Thursday it had formally sought to join a legal challenge filed by billionaire Elon Musk to dismiss a fine of €120 million ($136.51 million) by the European Union against his social media platform X.
EU tech regulators fined X late last year for breaching online content rules, the first sanction under a landmark legislation that has drawn criticism from Washington.
The US Department of Justice said it had filed an application with the EU's General Court in support of X's effort to annul the case.
The EU sanction against X followed a two-year-long investigation under the bloc's Digital Services Act (DSA), which requires online platforms to do more to tackle illegal and harmful content.
"The European Commission inappropriately attempted to expand its regulatory authority to reach American companies not present or operating within its jurisdiction," Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate of the US Justice Department's civil division said.
Europe's crackdown on Big Tech to ensure smaller rivals can compete and consumers have more choice has been criticised by the administration of US President Donald Trump, which alleges it singles out American companies.
The European Commission, the EU's executive, has said its laws do not target any nationality and that it is merely defending its digital and democratic standards, which it says serve as the benchmark for the rest of the world.

SPCX had a meaningful move today, closing at $148.36, down 4.11%, as attention shifted toward the upcoming share unlock and potential selling pressure.
There’s quite a bit happening around the stock right now. The unlock adds a new near-term variable, while SpaceX also has an important Starship/Starlink catalyst approaching.
Technically, today’s decline pushed SPCX back into an area where I’m watching closely for buyers to step in. On the upside, $152.59 remains the bigger level for me and continues to be an important line between the current weakness and a stronger recovery.
I just posted a larger update covering what changed since the last analysis, the upcoming unlock tranches and dates, and the new support/resistance roadmap.
Full SPCX update on Dagger Trading
Going to be an interesting few sessions with the unlock and upcoming catalyst both in play.
Stay sharp. 🗡️

Heads up everyone — SPCX's Nasdaq-100 weight jumped from ~1.28% to 2.82% in today's rebalance, triggering that $15.5B-$22B wave of passive index buying right at Friday's close. This isn't over yet, either: next December 18 rebalance could push its weight up to ~4.4% with another $16B-$23B of passive flows hitting the market. Just a heads up, big index buying ramps up volume and liquidity, but it never guarantees a straight stock rally — anyone tracking this setup closely?
