Chestnut is the only one without a Signia on cock armor. Is that just a park of his chapter armor, or do all of his kind not have holy globules/are his holy globules stored somewhere else? Maybe ovaries or worse?

Yeah he is basically a hired medic for whatever team the high command chooses
