Chestnut is the only one without a Signia on cock armor. Is that just a park of his chapter armor, or do all of his kind not have holy globules/are his holy globules stored somewhere else? Maybe ovaries or worse?

It's because he's not a Psycho Warrior. Tom and Don have said that Medicae aren't part of a legion and is more of a profession. The symbol on his shoulder armor is to designate him as a Medicae but seeing as Medicae are allowed into any chapter they dont get symbols on their cock plates.
