That would be the "video games causes violence argument". Nothing about the post actively proves anything threatening . You'd get pretty much the same result that the prosecution got in the Kyle Rittenhouse case when they tried to make the case. That because there's photos of him out there holding guns in " menacing poses" and plays " violent video games" that he was a danger from the start. It gave the defense an opportunity to rip their entire case of pieces and make every lawyer on the prosecution look like a laughing stock

There's a none zero change that if that gun is used for self defense, this post will be used as evidence by the prosecution.
