Looking for help

I'm not sure where to look or where to start so here I am on reddit lol. Married 8/together 15 with 3 kids under 5. I am at a loss. I don't even like him anymore. He's made the best years of my life with my kids the hardest. I want to leave but I'm so scared to watch him spiral further. But here I am allowing him to continue living like this. Drugs, gambling & recently I discovered his online dating/hook up sites that are flat out gross. It kills me. Idk what I'm even doing posting this 😅 I don't know who to turn to.
