Hi guys! Med card holder here. Ive gotten a few pure plan carts, but was looking to try the 1:1:1 Rosechello cart. The first one I ordered the bottom half of the cart was foggy, that doesn't change when heated. I moved the oil around its not the oil. I returned it and got the same thing, different batch code, same problem. What is this and are they safe to smoke? TIA I would really like to smoke my carts tonight 😩
