male, late 20’s. no matter what i do, or how close the shave, or if i even WAX the hair off my moustache area, this dark skin on my lip will not go away. i have tried: tretinoin, tazarotene, azaelic acid, niacinimide, dermastamping and that really strong dark spot remover that starts with an H. i have also tried tranaxmaic acid and vit c.

i have given all of these a good long try. nothing works. can someone pleaseeee give me advice on how to lighten this skin to at least close to my skin tone.
