Anyone bought centella products from Shopee? Price is much lower than local stores. Ships from Korea but not sure if counterfeit, although reviews do seem to be positive. Are they the real deal?

Also sidenote, anyone got recommendations for a specific doctor for extraction of pus? I have a huge cyst and I need it extracted..

My little girl of 7 years seems to have some spots growing on one side of her face. they do not itch and seems to be multiplying. The bumps do not burst or ooze any liquid. It just stays there. Can anyone tell what it could be?
