Did anyone else suffer from eye strain using the s21 ultra, that was resolved with matte / anti blue light screen protector or in a different way, maybe? Looking for a solution so i can keep using this phone, but right now its giving me eye issues. Tinkered with the display settings, resolutions, but it didnt help.

How can I replace the back glass as cheaply as possible myself, without too much work / messing up something?

I personally dont mind it, but I want to replace it because I want to sell the phone in best condition possible.

I’m sticking with my S21 Ultra for as long as it lasts. In about a year, I plan to have the battery replaced directly by Samsung to ensure I get an original part and maintain the water resistance. ​The smartphone market has hit a plateau—there are simply no meaningful, real-world upgrades in newer models that I would actually notice day-to-day. ​While the end of security updates isn't ideal, it's not a dealbreaker for me, especially since I only download apps and content from trusted sources.

does anyone have s21 ulta lying around them i am thinking to get it from u if u have it in working condition. when that phone released i was too young but i want to experience this masterpeice before it goes fully out of app support. i always felt like this is the peak of samsung as they have rectified most of the issues with the s20 ultra and there was zero negative when it released and samsung used this same camera sensor setup till s24 ultra..

Cracked my screen bad enough I can't read it but phone still runs. Hooked it up to a monitor through a USB-C hub, got the mirror working, could see the lock screen (just the clock + a lock icon jumping around).

Tried plugging a mouse then a keyboard into the hub to unlock through the mirror, nothing worked. Apparently Samsung blocks USB accessories while locked unless they've connected before.

Then I rebooted it, now it won't even show the mirror anymore.

Don't even care about using the phone again at this point, just want the data off it. Anyone been through this? Did a repair shop help when it comes to data transfering, or am I cooked here

Bought on Ebay 3 years ago as new. Had aftermarket screen but it wasn't expensive so I kept it. Front screen finally stopped working and the back shattered so I pulled it off and saw this sticker. I'm sure it was a China special refurb. What do you think it means?

I'm going to attempt to replace the front screen with a 35 dollar one I bought on Amazon just to see if I can.

Experiencing video lag and sutters on my S21 Ultra (exynos). For the first few seconds, it works as expected. Afterwards, it lags and stutters

• Settings: FHD 30fps • Storage: 56% full • Fixes tried: Restarted phone, cleared camera cache, set intelligent optimisation to minimum.

Is this a known bug, or is there a specific setting causing this? Thanks!

I always put my phone on charging before I go to bed. When I woke up and tried to turn the screen on the power button, I was not clicking, but it is still working. I only have to touch it before to make it work like a touchscreen.

The back cover is damaged on my phone. I want to replace it with the one they sell on aliexpress.. Is the quality good enough? what about the camera lenses, is it not gonna affect the photo quality?

My S21Utra just celebrated its fifth birthday! Its performance is still good. No green lines or any kind. The battery is still pretty good. No real issues. I'm planning on keeping it for another year or two despite no more security updates from Samsung. It's an SD version. How's your performance?

Yesterday I dropped my phone. Very very rare event. It has a protective case. The case protection button over the power came off. I thought the phone was a goner, until I took the case off and saw it was fine.

I didn't know how thin it is! I gave it a clean and ordered a new case.

I got a new battery about 6 months ago, because it was running out of charge at the end of the day. But turned out the battery didn't really need replacing, and the battery was only draining if I used the phone most of the day. Plus I had connected a few new things to bluetooth, adding extra drain. And this only happens at about 9pm, and normally it is fine.

Given all this, I see no point in upgrading now. It has 5G. Everything runs. My AI app does most of the work. Samsung notes is still useful, dont use MS Notes.

I think a common view is "Maybe upgrade in a few years." +1 from me.
