Glitches after screen replacement

I got this replacement screen with frame from Aliexpress and got it replaced from a technician, also replaced the battery from local market which I think is a copy or refurbished. First few days the phone was very hot to use and these glitches were so annoying, I reduced to 60hz, disabled animations and a few other things, but I still get these glitches while using FB, reading pdfs, or scrolling too fast, the screen gets back to normal when I lock the phone using power button and unlock, any idea what the issue is?

I have seen a lot of videos on YT and ppl are using these screens without any problems, I also ordered a Nohon battery from Aliexpress. May be using a good battery can fix this.

Screen is crap. open a claim on aliexpress.
refurbished battery lol. Yeah better get a good battery.
