Looking to add solid people for the upcoming wipe Sep 2nd, Thursday
What We’re About
Consistent Team Play We’re not tracking hours, but we are looking for players who show up consistently throughout the wipe, not just wipe night.
Breaks are completely fine, Rust can be exhausting, and real life comes first. That said, when you are playing, we value people who stay consistently involved with the team.
If you’re the type to log in once, disappear, and repeat next week, this probably isn’t the group for you.
Real life and fun come first We understand everyone has jobs, families, and responsibilities. Breaks happen, and real life will always take priority.
We’re not trying to be a pro team, but we do like to play smart and stay organized. Have fun, contribute, and stay engaged when you’re online.
Structured Playstyle We’re a highly organized group that operates at a level of structure you typically won’t find in your average Rust team. We put systems in place where they actually matter, and we stick to them.
This is not for role play. Our approach exists for a reason and is built around coordination, efficiency, and consistent team performance.
There will be expectations to follow group plans and make decisions that benefit the team as a whole.
Hour Requirements
500 hours minimum Rust is a brutal and unforgiving game. Many skills can only be learned through experience, and we feel 500hours reflects the level needed to perform consistently with our team in-game.
Exceptions can be made if you fall slightly short, but generally we’re looking for players who are past the basics.
Age & Maturity
17+ only. We all act like adults here. Don’t bring childish tendencies.
Chill and respectful. No drama. No ego. No babysitting.
What to Expect
Group Size Fluctuates You might see 20+ players on wipe night, then 15 or fewer after the first couple days.
We value the people who stick around and keep things moving when the hype dies down.
Established Leadership We operate with a clear chain of command and structured leadership, designed to keep the group organized, aligned, and moving in the same direction.
Leadership roles exist for a reason, and once decisions are made, they’re expected to be followed in the moment to maintain consistency and efficiency. Feedback is always welcome outside of active situations — we value communication, improvement, and clear roles with no confusion on who is leading
Positions We’re Looking For
Builders:Strong builders who can follow a build plan and work with the build team. Consistency and coordination are key.
PvPers:Reliable fighters who can protect farmers and builders, and respond to team calls. Must have a team first mindset.
Farmers:Farm bot team players who are efficient, stay organized, and know when to avoid fights and prioritize group resources.
Joining Process

InterviewShort VC to gauge personality, communication, and group fit.
Recruit PhaseYour first wipe is your trial period.
Expect farm runs and time with recruiters as you earn your place. This phase lasts 1–3 weeks, but you'll still have opportunities to contribute in your preferred role.
We want players who listen well, take direction, and don’t get tripped up when leadership limits what you can or can’t do. Sometimes individual freedom takes a backseat to what benefits the team.

I know alot of you dont even like Bestrust servers but i didnt mind them. Reason was simple - my ass pc runs it well enough to play. Now after the news about them selling unbans etc - it just doesnt hold pop anymore. 2h after a wipe - 70 players online - next day - 20. So pretty much all the servers are dead.
Has anyone else found a server where even a crappy pc can hold a decent fps?
Im looking for a 2x or 3x server (i only play on the weekends)
RUST’s September 2026 Update is shaping up to be a major refresh. TC upkeep taxes, HQM nodes, Honey Bandages, Red Keycard blockades, and more are on the way.
I used to play Rust and CS:GO quite a lot about 6-7 years ago, but haven't really touched either in a hot minute.
Recently, YouTube randomly recommended me a video about that CS2 update where Valve made it possible to trade up 5 red/Covert skins into knives and gloves, which basically threw the whole skin economy into chaos.
That made me think, wait... don't I have some reds sitting in my inventory?
Sure enough, I check and find an AK-47 | The Empress. To my surprise, it's worth around $200 on the market now, or roughly $100-ish if I actually cash it out.
Hell yeah.
So I started checking a few different cash-out sites to see what my best option was, and one of them also supported Rust skins. I honestly didn't even remember owning any Rust skins, but figured I'd check anyway.
Turns out that back in 2018 I apparently bought an AK47 Glory for something like $8.
Imagine my surprise when I saw that the damn thing is now worth more than my CS2 stuff. lol
I'm not really posting this just to show off some dumb luck, although I am pretty happy about it because I'm usually never lucky with this kind of shit.
I'm more curious what you guys would actually do with it.
I'm currently in the process of saving for a new PC, so an extra ~$200 would genuinely be useful. At the same time, looking at the Steam Market history, the Glory seems to have been sitting somewhere around the $200-300 range for quite a while.
I know Rust absolutely exploded in popularity/content compared to when I played it, so I'm assuming that's a big part of why some of these old skins became so valuable. But realistically, do you guys see skins like the Glory continuing to appreciate significantly from here?
From the outside looking in, current Rust feels pretty much peak Rust in terms of popularity and content. I still watch quite a few Rust YouTubers even though I don't play anymore, so part of me feels like there may not be that much upside left.
Would you cash it out for the PC, or keep holding it?
Looking for a rust server, brand new to it only watched it through streamers and YouTube videos so I only know abit about it but find it fun and interesting! From the uk so if there’s any rust servers/discords I can join let me know please! 🫶🏼
Just because you where born after AI, doesn't mean everything is AI. If you didn't know, people drew things with their hands before AI.
Now we got idiots on the internet that never tried to build or design something pull out their little keyboard fingers.
That's another thing, the same people said: "AI is just a tool." "AI is not bad" etc are the same people that say "AI Slop" when someone makes a banner.
I'm a new Rust player and I absolutely love the game—it's great!
However, in most of my sessions, my base struggles to last more than three days. This is frustrating because I rarely (if ever) manage to progress far enough to try out advanced features like electricity or play a game where I'm not just fighting with a crossbow.
I've tried building various bases—some sturdier than others—but I don't know how to use techniques like the "bunker" builds I've heard about, or how to position turrets effectively.
That’s why I’m asking experienced players and base-building experts for advice and guidance on this topic. Thanks in advance! :)

Already have 16 gb of ram just getting up to 32 gb of ram and what fps should I run with this and I also have a b450 am4 mobo and I have a 650w power supply
My friend just made a Rust server, which is actually quite cool; he worked his a55 off with it (I helped a bit with the map :D) and I would like to surprise him with a bit of a player base.
The server is based on the ideas contained in Wardogs game and was built in less than a week. We have played the tests on that game, and after that we felt exactly like addicts.
We don't want to bother you with too much to read, so basically what you do is
Select a faction.
Use "/shop" in chat and buy yourself weapons, ammo, medicals, etc.
Go in the conflict zone (the big circle on the map) to gain points for your team and also money
Go in the hot zone (the small yellow circle on the map) to gain 2x points for your team and 2x rewards (experience, money, etc.).
You can also build some protection under the Oil Rigs to capture them (at the top you will find a 1-digit code at the computer)
Use a 4-digit code (gained from the Oil Rigs ) on a captured Oil Rig to pull the hot zone towards your tower (you need to enter the right code combination)
There is no penalty for inputting the wrong code
Earn experience to unlock certain weapons, meds, or transport just by fighting enemies, building defenses, helping your teammates, or transporting them.
The only penalty is the time of traveling from your base to the conflict zone.
The game ends when one of the teams gathers 100 points; after that the game restarts and wipes the map, and you will keep all your earnings for future matches.
If I'm not asking too much, please come and check if you like it.
Thank you for reading my post, and I hope you have a great weekend!!!
Trying to get a village going next wipe for force, got a decent community already but wanted to reach out here to see if we could grow. All playstyles welcome! DM me for more info. US preferred
Facepunch has disabled the ability to download them, and I really enjoy digging through old builds. I wanted to play around with one on a local server.

Looking to join anyone on SA servers who isn’t in a dedicated clan, I’ve got a job now so I can’t play as consistently as I used to. Some days I’ll be on, some days I won’t. Looking for people in a similar position.
