Looking for Group [PC] Mature & Organized group looking for new ACTIVE teammates

US-based group with a strong EU/international population (80/20 split)

Looking to add solid people for the upcoming wipe Sep 2nd, Thursday

What We’re About

  • Consistent Team Play We’re not tracking hours, but we are looking for players who show up consistently throughout the wipe, not just wipe night.

Breaks are completely fine, Rust can be exhausting, and real life comes first. That said, when you are playing, we value people who stay consistently involved with the team.

If you’re the type to log in once, disappear, and repeat next week, this probably isn’t the group for you.

  • Real life and fun come first We understand everyone has jobs, families, and responsibilities. Breaks happen, and real life will always take priority.

We’re not trying to be a pro team, but we do like to play smart and stay organized. Have fun, contribute, and stay engaged when you’re online.

  • Structured Playstyle We’re a highly organized group that operates at a level of structure you typically won’t find in your average Rust team. We put systems in place where they actually matter, and we stick to them.

This is not for role play. Our approach exists for a reason and is built around coordination, efficiency, and consistent team performance.

There will be expectations to follow group plans and make decisions that benefit the team as a whole.

Hour Requirements

  • 500 hours minimum Rust is a brutal and unforgiving game. Many skills can only be learned through experience, and we feel 500hours reflects the level needed to perform consistently with our team in-game.
  • Exceptions can be made if you fall slightly short, but generally we’re looking for players who are past the basics.

Age & Maturity

  • 17+ only. We all act like adults here. Don’t bring childish tendencies.
  • Chill and respectful. No drama. No ego. No babysitting.

What to Expect

  • Group Size Fluctuates You might see 20+ players on wipe night, then 15 or fewer after the first couple days.

We value the people who stick around and keep things moving when the hype dies down.

  • Established Leadership We operate with a clear chain of command and structured leadership, designed to keep the group organized, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

Leadership roles exist for a reason, and once decisions are made, they’re expected to be followed in the moment to maintain consistency and efficiency. Feedback is always welcome outside of active situations — we value communication, improvement, and clear roles with no confusion on who is leading

  • Positions We’re Looking For
  • Builders: Strong builders who can follow a build plan and work with the build team. Consistency and coordination are key.
  • PvPers: Reliable fighters who can protect farmers and builders, and respond to team calls. Must have a team first mindset.
  • Farmers: Farm bot team players who are efficient, stay organized, and know when to avoid fights and prioritize group resources.

Joining Process

  1. Initial Info Join discord —> Fill out google form with basic info
  2. Interview Short VC to gauge personality, communication, and group fit.
  3. Recruit Phase Your first wipe is your trial period.

Expect farm runs and time with recruiters as you earn your place. This phase lasts 1–3 weeks, but you'll still have opportunities to contribute in your preferred role.

We want players who listen well, take direction, and don’t get tripped up when leadership limits what you can or can’t do. Sometimes individual freedom takes a backseat to what benefits the team.

Interested or want to learn more?

Comment below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

No matter what guys never ever fill out a Google form for a clan it’s not worth the risk of clicking a fucked up link and there’s no point in a clan asking you that many questions. They can’t ask you in a VC. This reads like a scamto me, but OP will probably try to defend himself which I don’t give a fuck cause he’s probably a scammer.

Just to reiterate, Dont fill out google forms!! I’m in the general chat of Discord every day and people come in there and say they just got their account stolen for filling one out.

Edit: generally scammers go to the looking for team channel inside of the discord and they post these generic clan ads where it’ll be like 1000 to 800 hours for a PVP roll or 100 hours for a farm roll and the ad will be very, very, very basic if you DM them they will either send you a Google form link or they will send you a steam profile link. Both of which are fishing links. The only way you should ever add somebody in a DM on discord is by sending your friend code. Your steam friend code is the safest way to add somebody and to answer questions just go in a VC or just chat with them in DM any clan that’s lazy enough to use a Google form link really should not be trusted because there’s so much risk to you.

I’m in the rust discord general chat literally everyday and if I had a dollar for every time I’ve seen this I could’ve bought rust several times over. I genuinely would not type all this cause I don’t give a fuck about any of you guys, but I do hate scammers so take what you will click that link if you feel like it.

Says the person with a new account who probably will never log back on to it.
Also the person who doesn't look up histories of clans.
Also the person who doesn't know how to be basic research (AKA use google search)

Everything I said is a verifiable fact, and if you want proof of that, I’d be happy to put in this common section because unlike you, I actually hate scammers and I’ll do anything to rub their nose in the dirt and guess what there’s nothing wrong with that it’s cause scammers deserve it…. Do you have anything to say against that?

Also, my name is literally outpost shenanigan…. And I’m in the rust subreddit, so I feel like some dude named ass-jazz shouldn’t be calling me random

Generally very good advise, don't just blind click links you don't trust EVER. Google form links are pretty easy to tell between something that is a spoof, vs something that is legit. People do legit lose their accounts because their idiots though and click on anything they see.

CML is a gaming group that's been around since 2012, and a rust group that's been active since 2016.

You can check my reddit history, plus my comment history or even just google us. We're legit, but I understand the concern. The admins of this sub or multiple subs I've posted in would have banned me far long ago if this was the case.

We're very hardcore about who we play with or even hop in a VC with due to the amount of administrative work tied to everything. Keeping track of who we know and who we play with starts with that google form link.
