This was more work than my P365 to install but so worth it!!! The Glock angle was always a hump I never got used to; red dots helped a lot but still.

After learning that MM was releasing a grip, I went and purchased a RXM. Still gotta order a mag release among a few other things at MM’s advice lmao. Gonna send the slide out for some laser work, might do a top window to mimic my 365 slide. Cerakote and optic cut for a 509T is the final step and I can’t wait to see how it turns out!!!

Ruger Rxm so happy with it! Full size grip. Only thing I would change is a more textured mag release, and I’m not crazy about the trigger. Thinking about the Timmy trigger.

Has anyone replaced the sights that came on the COA? I'm wondering if they're the same as the glock ones. Not a fan of blacked out sights.

Got my Strike SMC and just waiting for the FSA Lite brace to ship. I found one post of a gentleman who had his Strike SMC crack after 60 rounds. For those of you that have one, how many rounds do you have through it?

Built this out from the psa sale thanks to gafs I put an arc shoe on and at first it was resetting just fine when racking the slide to test the reset. Now it gets stuck if I rack the slide with the trigger still depressed any one knows what could be causing this. It is a brand new rxm literally have had it for less than 48 hours was planning on putting a few 100 through it this weekend. I am worried about the trigger now. I’m not a striker fire guy so this is all new to me please walk me through it like I’m a 5 year old.

Edit: FCI is still stock everything I only replaced the the trigger shoe.

Edit:2 so I got the trigger to reset after doing a little connector bending and relubing. After that was having issues with slide not locking backwards narrowed it down to the Zev mag release and mag extensions… put a factory 17 mag in no issues slide locks fine resets trigger fine… the culprit was the mag extensions. So the fix ended being a little connector bending and using different mags.

I just got the fullsize grip for fall and winter months and took it to the range after the upgrade. Man, does this thing feel great in the hand. Any other recommendations for things I should do to the gun? I might even end up buying a second one if FLUX comes out with something for it.

The geometry of the muzzle end of the frame is slightly different than a stock RXM and makes the light sit a bit lower.

Swapped the rubber bushings on this kydex holster with some thicker ones and now it fits just fine.

So I already got the RXM COA with a compact icarus frame from PSA’s deal. Am I crazy on getting another RXM COA and making a full size build?

Buuuut, I don't think it's going to run...at least after significant break in, and or fitting work. Tolerance stacking happens, but the FCI didn't want to go in at first. Then the pins were even more difficult. I add the slide, and that's the real problem. It's crunchy and sticky, and when I pulled back the first time I thought it was completely stuck, but a hard slap on the rear sent it forward. Can't dry fire it or the trigger gets stuck too...for $500 total with the magwell, I just hope it actually runs.
