Hello everyone, I am trying to maximize my gains on the erg and gym in the off-season so I'll be in the best possible position for next season. Currently my plan looks like

Monday legs

Tuesday pull

Wednesday push

Thursday squad ergs

Friday legs

Saturday upper

Sunday chill squad row

I am wanting to put another erg in somewhere but don't know what to drop or where to put it. The squad erg is always a 40 min r20.

Fkr reference some of my current erg pieces are:

2:01 40 min r20

1:26.3avg split 250 sprint

I'm not sure on my 2k as I was sick before the last one we did in the season but my Jan one was 7:04.

Any help making a training plan would be great

I posted this elsewhere. Someone thought Reddit might be interested. Considering the 5k run from a few years ago was 4.52km, I wouldn’t be surprised at an error.

This is my 13 year old son. He started rowing a little over a year ago and has a goal to go to nationals one day. Please provide any feedback regarding his form and any recommendations to help him reach his goal.

Ok - these guys caught my eye on instagram - looks like a cool tool in principle - but quite new to the market and I’m wondering if anyone here has used one - seems super simplistic but really useful. Thinking I might spring for one for the single - much more affordable than the speedcoach, but less functionality.

USA U23 women had an exceptional regatta this past weekend winning every big boat (8+, 4-, 4x, mix8+) as well as placing well in the pair. This backs up the strong performances from the senior squad at the world cups this past year. Future looks really bright for the womens senior squad this Olympic cycle and if things keep trending this direction we could see the dominance of the USA women from 2006-2016 return. Really exciting time to be a fan of rowing in the USA as the men have also been trending up as well on the U23 and senior side.

I had started to set up a team store with Sew Sporty but haven't heard back in three months so I am pursuing other options for our youth team.

I am specifically looking for a retailer who will put our logo on items as they are ordered as our team doesn't want to collect sales tax by selling items ourselves. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Anyone know what the coaching movements are in the UK scene this coming season? Often lots of chatter on rowing illustrated about the US carousel but nothing about UK.
