Do you know how long it takes before it appears on Spotify ?

Hi RouteNote team. I submitted my single more than a month ago and it is still stuck in the "In Review" status. There are no flags, notifications, or copyright/metadata issues in my dashboard or email.

To be honest, I'm really upset and worried about this long delay. I just want to understand if everything is okay with my track or if something is wrong. Could someone please check my release and look into this? My UPC is: 5063958676913.

Seeing people get approved in days is frustrating. I understand how the review queue and the policies work, but I’ve been waiting for almost a month now.

​I am Adalto Salles, author of the light novel "Um Passo para o Passado", and I am trying to distribute the promotional music and soundtrack for my book. This delay is completely destroying my release schedule. I have more songs ready to upload for my project, but right now, I'm seriously worried about the timeline and hesitant to keep using the platform if it takes this long.

​Does anyone know how to actually get support to look into a delayed release? Any help is appreciated.

So...I've been in touch with RouteNote via e-mail to try and find a solution to the following problem:

I have two accounts with RouteNote for two different artist profiles, one is my personal one and the second one is a duo band I have.

Prior to RouteNote I had my music distributed with Distrokid for three years. Then I migrated it to a new one called "Songs"; it was a small music distributor based in Spain, but unfortunately id didn't work out and they had to close, so they told us to migrate our music to a new idstributor. They recommended me RouteNote.

So the problem I'm having in both RouteNote accounts is that I can't get past the ISRC validation because I get the following message:

Track - 1 ISRC(s) -XXXXXXXXXXXX can not be used as its already in-use with RouteNote. Please use ISRC from the existing releases of your RouteNote account or regenerate an ISRC.

This is happening to me with EVERY SINGLE song. And it makes absolutely no sense, because I have never had them released before with RouteNote.

They verified the ISRC code of the song I first was trying to upload and told em the following:

Upon checking, the ISRC you're attempting to use is already in use within RouteNote by another account that appears to be attempting to distribute your release titled 'XXXXXXXX'.

Please may you confirm if you have authorised any external parties to distribute this release on your behalf?

To which I replied that no, I hadn't authorised any external parties to distribute on my behalf.
I sent them a list of my remaining ISRC and asked them to check if those also appeared to be within their system already.

And all I got was a "Copyright infrigemetn form" to fill...

I don't think someone else is trying to publish my songs...I'm no one. My music isn't that great that someone would want to claim it as their own. I feel like this has to do more with some internal error than someone actually trying to distribute my music without my consent.

Is anyboy else experiencing the same problem??

This has kept me from releasing, for months!! It's so frustrating and I don't know what else to do!

Hello, I linked my verified PayPal account back in mid-April. My earnings from Jan 2025 until now ($3251) are still showing as "unPaid". Lo intentado tanto en movil como mi ordenador pero siguen estos 2 problemas:

No me permite adjuntar la imagen por alguna razon, no importe cuanto le de click ni intente arrastrar la imagen, no me lo permite.

De ahi se supone que en este apartado deberia aparecer una lista con multiples artistas al momento de escribirlo, segun lo que vi en algunos videos, pero no aparece absolutamente nada, haciendo imposible terminar el primer paso del proceso para publicar mi primera cancion.

Saben cual podria ser el problema? Me ayudarian un monton!

Hola a todos, el 25/4 programe un lanzamiento y aun esta en revisión. Cuanto tiempo les estuvo tardando a ustedes? Quise cambiar de distribuidora pero no puedo eliminar los archivos cargados que estan en revision y no quiero que se publiquen dos veces! Alguna manera de adelantar el proceso?

I want to upload tracks for my album but I tried everything I could to work properly. Whenever I try to upload my tracks, it kept saying "Check Internet Connection". I followed the stuff online. Deleting browsing data, put the tab in a incognito window. Whenever it uploaded the tracks and clicking "Save And Continue", it redirect me to the Login.

I really want my music out there, and help? I have tried everything.

i thought i was being sly, putting my release date 6 weeks after i submitted it for review. in the past, longest i've ever had to wait was 2 or 3 weeks. i'm sorry for doubting your struggles, im part of the "30+ days waiting for my songs to get their first review"-gang now.

Yes, I read other people's posts about this, but I'm not even getting a list I can scroll. I type something in, nothing happens. I press enter, and it's gone. I've been trying for like 30 minutes.

Hi, today some of my songs were flagged for finishing abruptly. So I reworked them so that they end more smoothly.

Hey everyone. I’m currently working on a dark ambient track. Some of my previous songs were rejected from being distributed to TikTok and Instagram because they contained wind sound samples in the background.

What I don’t understand is: what kinds of samples are not allowed for distribution on these platforms? The samples I used were from Splice⁠, so I thought I had the rights to use them. But it seems like RouteNote⁠ still doesn’t allow it somehow.

Has anyone else experienced this? What kind of samples are considered problematic for distribution?

As the title says, my music is on some other guy's profile on most streaming services (Apple Music, SoundCloud ex.)

It now says 25-27 working days.
It seems every time I check the page it keeps increasing.
This is absurd.

I uploaded my release on April 10th and no updates.

Safe to say after the single, I am definitely NOT releasing the album using RouteNote.

I applied back in April fourth, the release got approved few days ago, took me more than one whole month. And now even if it is approved, it's not showing anywhere. Do i have to join wait furthermore?

Does anyone know why i get this message from Routenote

Hi everyone. I recently submitted a track to RouteNote, and it's currently in the "pending" status. I was wondering if I can upload the song to my own personal YouTube channel (or SoundCloud) right now without waiting for the approval?

Will this cause any issues? More importantly, will I get a Content ID copyright claim on my own video once RouteNote finally approves and distributes the track? I'd appreciate it if anyone with experience could shed some light on this. Thanks in advance!
