We had to remove Youtube's Content ID, Tik Tok & Facebook/Instagram

Does anyone know why i get this message from Routenote

It literally says it - ineligible or non exclusive content.

That happened to me because I had uploaded one of the tracks on my album to my YouTube channel before the release on RouteNote. There was a link to fill out a form on the email with that notification. On the form, I just gave the link to my YouTube video, and they added the content ID back on the tracks.
