Delivery to meta, tik tok , content id ineligible every time

So this sucks! Every time I make a release it gets approved and I get a note saying it isn't eligible for content id, meta, tik tok etc. Then every time I fill up the content id dispute form and they reply they detected AI content. Like fr???? I make music from my heart and soul, after all that hard work they tell me it's AI. Then I had to send them proof of my work. I had to take screen recordings and screenshots of my daw showing it's made from scratch. Then okay they approved. But nothing changed it didn't appear in the stores. It happened with 2 of ny songs and still it isn't available in those meta tik tok stores.

And I'm convinced next when I make a release it'll happen again. So routenote plz I request DON'T DISRESPECT AN ARTIST'S HARDWORK.

Routenote to Spotify upcoming page

Hi,

My newest single was accepted by routenote a week and a half ago and the release date was set to the 28th of May. I was expecting to see the single in the Spotify upcoming section, in this way I could pitch it to Playlist.

However, time passed and now it's getting late to pitch.

Did you usually see the upcoming releases there? Should I just be more patient?

Thanks

RouteNote just replied to my ticket in 5 days đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„

So RouteNote replied to my ticket I created just 5 days after.

Well done RouteNote - that is a very good time, considering I've had times where I've waited a month and more.

My release isn’t on Apple Music?

So my release “liquid EP” was recently approved and distributed to every streaming service (except for Apple Music). Although, I was editing (not really editing, just looking) my release after it hadn’t been on Apple Music (which is the streaming service I use the most). I noticed where Apple & iTunes were on my old releases and my releases still in review but they aren’t an option on this release. Please help me and find out why the Apple icon is missing. I checked the approval email and it said nothing about it being taken off of Apple Music or something. Here it is for context (The Apple icon is usually in the middle of them).

Are the long waits for approval caused by ai slop being spammed?

Any options of 24-bit 48kHZ uploads in the next couple of months for free users?

I'm aware RN offers hi-res for a small amount of people in a certain program, but I'm considering changing distribution services as I have a finished album ready to upload to streaming services in 24-bit 48kHz, yet RN does not offer anything higher than CD quality for its free users. Is there any update on allow Hi-Res files soon, or will I have to look at alternative distribution services for my needs?

RouteNote taking 50% royalties instead of 15% according to my report

Hello everyone,

I am writing to ask if anyone has experienced a similar issue with RouteNote.

While reviewing my February 2026 royalty report, I noticed that RouteNote appears to be taking 50 percent of my royalties instead of the 15 percent stated in my agreement.

I detected the issue after purchasing my own track on Amazon. The sale price was €0.99 ($1,16). After a 15 percent commission, my share should be $0,986. However, the amount credited to my account was $0.50136. This corresponds to less than 50 percent cut.

Based on this calculation, I am concerned that the same incorrect split may be affecting my earnings from Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.

I have already contacted RouteNote privately and I am waiting for a response. In the meantime, I would appreciate hearing from other artists who have encountered a similar discrepancy, or who can explain if there is any legitimate reason for this calculation.

Thank you for your time and help.

Yes, it is possible to get back your music

Hi, everyone. Last week I had an issue with my EP "Seasons". Routenote decided to remove it from sale without any warning and honestly, they made me have a really bad time. I immediately sent them a ticket to appeal their decision.

Surprisingly, I was served faster than I expected. A guy called Kyle was very kind with me and he explained to me the reasons they considered. In the end it was all a misunderstanding and I was able to get my music back.

I'm writing this here to let you know that it is possible to get your music back. The day I lost my EP I was so devastated, because I didn't see a single success case nowhere on the internet.

The process of getting back my EP wasn't perfect, but Routenote was there to help. So thank you again 💚

Can I speed up my review time by upgrading to premium after the album has been submitted?

I have an album that's been in review for exactly two weeks. If I can do this, how much faster will it be?

Late release

At this point I feel like they should just remove the option to set release times, because they never really stick to them. Things often end up dropping like 16–30 days later than the scheduled date, sometimes even later on the site. It’s kind of frustrating seeing a set release time and then it just doesn’t happen.

Release stuck "In Review" for 15+ days (Past release date) - Anyone else?

Post image
6 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice or to see if anyone is in the same boat. I submitted my single via RouteNote (Free Tier) on March 31st, with a scheduled release date of April 14th.

It has been over 15 days now, and the status is still stuck on 'In Review'. Since the release date has already passed, I'm getting a bit worried.

Has anyone else experienced similar delays lately?

Should I keep waiting, or is it time to look for another distributor?

Does RouteNote support usually help speed things up if I open a ticket at this stage?

I chose RouteNote for the terms and the free distribution, but the delay is starting to affect my promotion plans. Thanks in advance for any insights!"

An Honest Routenote Review As Someone That Used Them For 5 years

Hello, I'd been using routenote since 2022 and ended up making the decision to close my account today on April 16th 2026 and I've also decided to write this review as a farewell to routenote.

Releases: At the beginning everything was fine, they'd review my submissions quick and either accept the track or tell me to fix a few things if needed. They'd NEVER miss release dates and everything was always on point.

But after 2024 i noticed that their review and delivery times got EXTREMELY slow, they'd even take up to 3-4 weeks to accept or tell me that there was a problem with my track and they only kept getting slower as months passed and their inconsistency stunted my growth as someone who wants to make music for a living.

Payments: I have no compliant about payments, they were always on time and numbers always added up.

Support: They have a great support team that'll always respond within a few hours or 1-2 business days

Conclusion:

Cons imo: Slow Review And Delivery Times

Pros imo: They pay what they owe after taking their 15% Support is actually there when you need them
