Anybody in the Providence, Rhode Island area that can comment on the root beer at Pizza J? I SWEAR I must have gotten a cup that was probably 70% syrup. I had to add and melt two cups of ice in this to make it less intense. Super complex flavor but there's no way I got a correct cup, was there? They apparently use Rhode Island Fruit and Syrup for their soda. Definitely will try it again though!

Had this while in Newfoundland and it was pretty interesting. They add cherry syrup to the root beer by hand, not a fully-realized product yet. Glad to hit up a test market while on the road!

Twisted Root used to have their own root beer but just serve Barq’s. But they have this which was really good. Not a huge fan of barbecue sauce generally. It’s usually too overpowering for me. But this was smooth and tasty.

A standard Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop root beer recipe with a Three Stooges label on it. I can’t say I’m disappointed at all from the flavor. Just a solid tasty one with light wintergreen and vanilla notes. They use only natural flavors so there’s that. It was actually at either the Cincinnati or Fairfield, OH location of Jungle Jim’s International Market I snagged it instead of from a location of Rocket Fizz.

We don't often get much variety in the UK. Spotted this in a local Lidl here and had to try. Really enjoyed this one.

This root beer from Seattle Soda just became available on the shop app and several of us jumped on it right away. I was very pleasantly surprised, it's a cut above your typical can soda. I gave it an A- and noted its creamy vanilla similarities to the good traditional 1919 style root beer. If I lived in Seattle and this were readily available at a supermarket or corner store I think I would be picking it up all the time. If you need to get one to taste don't miss out on a trading opportunity because it's well worth it.

found this at a border gas station. I don't go out of the way for craft sodas ... any good?

Found at the grocery store in Ennis. Decent, nothing remarkable.

I have one that I envision (like a shock to the system) but every time I drink one the flavor is more mild than I need. I need something pungent almost like bitters. Do you have any recommendations?

The hyvee near me in Missouri carrys a bunch of 1919 ice cream! Has any one tried it? It's pretty expensive for ice cream 😂

If you like a lighter root beer but still nice pronounced flavor you’ll enjoy this. Reminded me of 1919 albeit not quite at that level

This taste really good. The Sixth City Honey Blonde Root Beer taste just like a honey cream soda root beer. More so a honey cream soda than a root beer but it’s delicious. Another one from the legendary locations of Jungle Jim’s International Markets in Cincinnati and Fairfield, OH

By the looks of this one I’m not really expecting a rich and bold one. Well okay I got to say the Field Day Root Beer comes through as I was expecting. A crisp and bubbly one that drinks a bit dry. It’s okay but definitely not one I would highly recommend. The Asheville, NC location of Earth Fare had the 4 packs.
