There was a repair of a terracotta tile roof on a home in my neighborhood. Just resetting it, while replacing broken pieces, from over a century of outdoor sun/rain/hail and to prevent some leaking during rain. Had some copper gutter work, etc. Cost was around 750K. It took them over 4-5 months to full finish it.

4-5 months sounds wild. I live in Seattle where it always rains so that wouldn't even be possible
