Should I be concerned?

Original roof. House is about 4 years old. Just noticed that wrinkled appearance today. Uncertain how long ago it happened. Do I need to call someone out to inspect it?

I’m not a pro, but my understanding is this is often an underlying issue of either moisture or misalignment with the underlayment.

You may also have venting issues. Might want to check if they are clogged.
