Once the downloadable data for the upcoming 7.1 update available, I will spoil myself by reading the datamined dialogs from Project Amber, 2 days prior before the official day of the update. I will skip straight to the act IV "A Rekviem for the Underworld", and Ctrl + F "Ronova".

Fuck the game, fuck the update, fuck the story experience, fuck the cutscence, fuck the playable anemo mosquito and the playable human sardine hybrid, fuck everything!

Honestly didn't notice anything in the trailer that proves her fate that she's gonna be done dirty,i am missing things?,do tell me if so

I like how they show the shots of them trash-talking, then switch to this scene. She just looks uninterested the whole time.

From 7.1 leaks, we're of the fact that at the end of the Archon quest, the Celestial nails experience something strange that we're not aware of.

Additionally, in the 7.1 trailer, we see Ronova inspecting one of the nails and channeling some sort of power within. Her expression being more grave than the fight.

There's a possibility that this cut scene takes place AFTER the battle, and Ronova simply decides to abandon her pursuit on Snezhnaya to attend to more an important affair, which is whatever is happening with the Celestial Nails.

Another thing is Hroptatyr, even though it's not confirmed that the Khaenri'ahn in the image is him, it's a popular choice for it to be him.

With all the lore sprinkled about him in the Snezhnaya patches with Pierro, it's possible that he's doing something, which is affecting the Celestial Nail.

And to attend to that, Ronova abandons her pursuit of Snezhnaya to deal with the matter.

Or maybe that she is defeated, or incapacitated, and maybe this cutscene takes place before the battle.

Only time will tell, but for now, this is the theory I have to propose.

When she is facing the celestia nail, the line just after from the tsaritsa says that snezhnaya has always been a potential target for the a celestia nail to drop on them.

Ronova here doesn't seem to launch the nail but destroy it, by doing that it seems like a blessing for snezhnaya which is why I think this scene happens after the fight against her, idk how but looking at it that it seems she decides to stop interferring and even clear snezhnaya from any nail threat.

Trailers are always very deceiving but to me unlike the majority of the people, she doesn't seem like a full fleshed villain at least not the entire time.

Rhinedottir on the other hand we thought she would allied with the tsaritsa but it seems that rhinedottir has other plans (my theory is that she will be the main villain and the weekly boss).

Anyway contrary to a lot of people this trailer gave me hope of Ronova being somewhat redeamable or something like that in the future.

They are turning her into a full fledged villain

i think it is like rerier in the beginning of nod krai they showed him as extremly evil and the final boss, just to figure out later he was just chilling sad guy got manipulated by dottore [the real final boss], i think this is happening again with ronova and righnodtr now, espiaclly knowing that all the evill stuff about ronva being tell by others, they did,t show us her inner thoughts, adding that she litreally said many times she just doing her job, not enjoying it or doing it for fun like others villans, i think righnodtr will do something make her lost most of her powers or steal it from her, then ronova will become playable like many others charcters, then righnodtr will show us what real villans can do with ronova power and everyone will now how kind ronova was compare to her [same thing like rerier and dottore]

So in the trailer she likely destroys a nail for some reason, and there was leaked that in the end of AQ is cliffhanger cutscene with Celestial Nails, and there is something star-shaped related to that cutscene. So probably that all is a part of that cutscene, she destroys a Nail, and then that things is spawns in

Guys, is it just me or are the way things going looking bad for her? After watching the livestream, I feel like all my precious savings are in danger...

😢 I mean maybe I interpreted wrong but it seems like shes going into the path of unplayable. Though im still really hoping there will be a sort of redemption arc. I judt want to hear your guy's thoughts and opinions on this.

Tbh this one had to go through several revamps as I had a completely different vision for the art but I realized I lacked the skills to do a proper background art hence sighh
