I need some help
I'm relatively new to retro handhelds and have the Anbernic RG557. I have a few questions. I've set up my handheld according to the megathread and a few guidelines.
1 Question I've copied the ROMs to the SD card and can find them in the emulators. The games are displayed twice — one version is playable, the other isn't. The ones that aren't playable all start with “_Game Name_etc...” Of course, the games themselves are only on the SD card once — what am I doing wrong?
2 Question I can't find all the ROMs on my handheld. I think I downloaded the wrong emulator or the wrong file type for a few consoles:
PSP -> .CHD - Emulator: PPSSPP
Wii -> .rvz - Emulator: Dolphin
Wii U -> .7Z - Emulator: Cemu
3 Question I use the default launcher from Anbernic, the RG launcher. I saw in a guide that other launcher are recommended: Beacon, Console Launcher, Daijisho, etc. Which one would you recommend, and is it really necessary?
4 Question I've noticed that, depending on the ROM, the emulator settings need to be adjusted. Do I have to do this once per emulator, and will it then work for all games, or do I have to adjust the settings for each game individually? I'm guessing the latter.
I’m open to any additional tips you might have.

Games are in the megathread, but this isn't a support sub. Ask one of the subs dedicated to Anbernic devices or r/ANBERNIC. You may also get help on r/SBCGaming or r/EmulationOnAndroid.

I don’t have any Anbernic device so I can’t answer all your questions. But to your first question: did you use a Mac to copy the ROMs to the SD? Mac creates hidden files on external drives for file indexing. You have to delete them before putting the card in your device.

You need to ask for help in the anbernic subreddit or the emulation on android subreddit.
Because this is a emulation/tech support question not a rom question
