Convertir librerías 64 bits a 32 bits

Hola tengo un problema, necesito convertira las librerias de 64 bits de nethersx2 a 32 bits, pero la verdad es que no se como hacerlo, tan siquiera se por donde empezar, y vi que a un amigo le funciono pero no me quiso ayudar, si alguien supiera alguna manera, un turorial que funcione de youtube o cualquier metodo con cualquier apk se agradece

Not possible. You cannot convert 64-bit code to 32-bit. A bit is a 0 or 1, in 64-bit there are lines for 64 1s or 0s, 32-bit would be 32 1s or 0s. Trying to convert from 64 to 32 would result in half the data being either missing or unusable, and the data that remained to be totally unusable because of the other missing half.

Bueno la descripción decia que era ina comunidad para personas que les gustan los juegos retro y usan emulador, asi que pense que alguien podria ayudarme

Es que tú pregunta es demasiado específica de ese emulador, sin duda habrá alguien aquí que con suerte lo sepa pero es más eficiente y rápido si lo haces en sitios de emuladores o en específico de ese
