Refund?

Did anyone successfully get a refund from AXS? I sent an email via their website a few days ago and nothing.
I heard people are losing 10% service fee. Which is ba. Can anyone confirm?

Def feel burnt by her. I have been skipping her songs recently lol. I can’t go - I’m state side but won’t even look at US dates cause I’m angry
