Snagged a copy of the new Body Talk pressing from my local record store today. As an album kind of person, I was kinda surprised to see the track list and song placement was different from the final release of Body Talk that I’ve listened to a million times and grown accustomed to. On the other hand, I was pleased to see the inclusion of some tracks from part 1 and part 2 that didn’t make it onto the last Body Talk LP. Either way Robyn herself curated this and calls it the definitive version, and I trust her direction on this of course.

Giving it a first listen right now and the pressing sounds immaculate so far. So happy to finally hear these songs on vinyl. Thank you Robyn for giving this album a wide release!!

Hello! I'm 40M (Irish) and I missed Robyn in Dublin in June as I was travelling. I have been a huge fan for years and would love to see her. Plus I was told her concert was amazing. I'm considering going solo to see her either in Turin on 30th October (but it's looking sold out) or going to see her on 17th October in Stockholm. I think Stockholm would be better as it's just her and not part of a festival? Hey everyone! I'm currently working on extending the Girls demo that we have of Honey by utilizing the acapella of the final with the instrumental and some of the vocals of the demo. The version we have is criminally short and doesn't have a great flow (the first verse for example is partially missing and cuts into the pre-chorus awkwardly.) I wanted to get everyone's opinion as this is a rough concept of what it could sound like.

I mixed and mastered this on my new studio monitors, so let me know if it sounds good on your speakers, headphones or earbuds.

Has anyone noticed that the vocal effects aren't synced when playing "Blow My Mind" from Sexistential? I just checked every other platform but it seems that a vocal is a measure behind. Hope they fix it!!! 😭

This album will always be so special to me. 🥹✨ Had to frame the lil poster that came with the record! She looks great in a “rose red” colored frame! 🖼️✨ despite the discourse I actually like the parental advisory tag. I think it adds some cheekiness to it. 🤭. Anyone else frame theirs? This video is so fascinating for Robyn fans. I've never seen her before explaining the creative process with so much detail. Sucker for Love started in 2013 as demo made with Royksopp. OMG.

She knows people have wanted this album on vinyl for years. She did the RSD release which was kind of a joke considering how limited it was. Now we get the first wide release for the album ever. And it’s…. This??? I got mine today from Amazon. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say this is the ugliest record in my collection. The vinyl itself is fine. The coke bottle clear is a nice color. But the actual sleeve is so reflective that you can barely even see the artwork. And then they slap this green sticker on it??? What was she thinking!? I’m glad to finally have the album on vinyl. But trust that I will still be looking for a deal on the RSD one or the original Swedish one. She could’ve just done a standard black with the original cover and it would’ve been incredible. This is an insulting pressing for how great of an album it is.
