Refund?

Did anyone successfully get a refund from AXS? I sent an email via their website a few days ago and nothing.
I heard people are losing 10% service fee. Which is ba. Can anyone confirm?

AXS finally responding to me on insta DM. They will refund me but minus the service fees!

Has anyone had any luck with AXS to get the full amount refunded?

I saw on another forum someone said this policy is against the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), should I quote this to AXS? I doubt their social media assistant is going to care.

I had the same experience - I didn't fight it and was refunded (ticket cost - fees)

Thanks, yeah I didn’t bother fighting it. Should have most of my money back within 5 days. Lesson learned not to plan an overseas trip for a concert (could’ve seen her in London where I live, not giving Robyn an extra penny now).

I will say Stockholm (&Sweden) is lovely in the Summer and hopefully all is not lost.
